Third, the wording

The survey report generally consists of two parts: the title and the body.

title. The title can be written in two ways. One is the standardized title format, which is “sentence theme” plus “text type”. The basic format is “×× investigation report on ××××”, “investigation report on××××”, “×××× Investigation" and so on. The other is a free-style title, including a combination of statement, question, and collocation. The statement type is “The Survey of Employment of Graduates of Northeast Normal University”. The question-based style is “Why is the college graduates' career preference for the coastal areas and the Beijing-Tianjin region”, and the subtitles are combined, and the main conclusions of the investigation report are presented or the central questions are raised. Marking the object, scope, and problem of the investigation, this is actually similar to the normative format of “issuing the subject” plus “literature”, such as “The development of colleges and universities focuses on the construction of disciplines—the practice of discipline construction in the university”. As a document, it is best to use a standardized heading format or a free-form Chinese subtitle combination heading.

The foreword serves as a finishing touch, and it is necessary to succinctly summarize and straighten the theme.

2. main body. This is the most important part of the survey report. This section details the basic situation, practices, and experience of the survey, as well as the specific insights, opinions, and basic conclusions drawn from the materials obtained from the survey.
