I am also fortunate to be the Engineering College of Qingdao Ocean University on the occasion of the five-year history of the cultural and scientific health "three rural areas" organized by the Central Propaganda Department, the Ministry of Education, the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League and the National Association of Students.
