In the year before, a group of village committee members went out and contacted the villagers for the work of breeding for a South Korean company. Now the breeding fields in the village have reached more than 100 acres, and the income of farmers has thus reached a new level. When I first started listening to Zhou Zhishu, I was a bit dubious. On July 26th, we went deep into the farmland to investigate, and the facts before us could not help but be convinced by the economic development of this village. I went to a farmer’s house with a classmate. According to her, their family, three people, had only 20,000 yuan in income from crops in one year. Moreover, the income of other families in the village is also very high. Some families have greenhouses, and some families raise cattle and raise chickens. In addition, there are 800 mu in the village. The village committee has specially built a roasting room for the smokers to invest 240,000 yuan. In short, each family has its own financial. The village also attaches great importance to the development of education, investing more than 300,000 yuan to build high standards of kindergartens and small schools. However, in order to develop a rural area with uneven cultural standards, no one can do it without a strong leadership team. In the end, it depends on the management of the village leaders. Imagine how there would be a vegetable breeding field after running without a village committee. If there is no village committee to pay attention to law and order, the order in the village will be chaotic, and stability will not be achieved. What is the economic development? Talking about it? Zhoujiacun can have such a orderly order today, economic development is booming, and the joyful scene of villagers living and working in peace and contentment is directly related to the management of the village committee.
What is the guiding ideology and motivation of the village committee? Zhou Yunshan’s branch secretary said that there are 15 party members in Zhoujiacun.
