It is really not easy to find a living in the countryside, but fortunately, one is the Changzhou Zhongzhou Eisai Factory, which is not far from the aunt's house. Because the workers had a high frequency of leave during the Chinese New Year, I entered the factory and became a temporary packing and porter.
The aunt's family in the Eisai factory is very close. The factory is in the aunt's house regardless of food and shelter. I started from the second day of the home, that is, the lunar month of the lunar calendar, and went to the twelfth lunar month. Only five of us are doing the work.
Our job is to load and unload the gauze, pack the toilet material and move the packaged boxes to the truck. The women workers cut the gauze, stack the gauze, and make the mask. This is how the piece of Eisai products is made through our close division of labor. The Eisai industry is a labor-intensive industry with few technological components. However, Eisai has absorbed a large amount of rural labor and promoted employment, which has also contributed to the construction of new countryside.

Our Zhongzhou Eisai Factory is a small factory that manufactures ordinary Eisai products and does not involve technical fields.

I respect the older workers and humbly ask them to teach. Perhaps the feeling of loneliness in life is less than the feeling of being needed. 3. Views on compensation.
At school, we work hard for performance. But in society, we are working hard for remuneration. If a person lives in the world, if he can't even support himself, not only will others look down on you, but they will feel ashamed. As college students, many are pure consumers, and big or small is a burden at home. Therefore, this time, I also want to earn money through my own labor, or my own money, I will feel at ease.
The female workers in the factory piled a gauze for a few cents. One person had to stack XX-3000 to earn 20-30 yuan. One month, if you don't take time off, you can earn eight or nine hundred for high wages. Most of the female workers graduated from the middle school or did not graduate. The culture is relatively low. It is not bad to find a job. But this is also the money they earn through their own hands. Listening to the workers said that the camel has a lot of disabled workers, because the camel chairman has a hunchback, so it also recruits disabled workers who can work.
I used to only know about consumption, although I also know how difficult it is to make money from books, but I don’t know how to do it. With this winter vacation, I will learn the hard and simple life style and the spirit of self-reliance and self-reliance.
4. Views on college students, views on universities.
Universities and high schools are a watershed, but many are natural transitions and it is not easy to change this mindset. After this working life, I also looked at the university from a social perspective and looked at college students.
The 21st century is the era of knowledge economy. Although they envy me as a college student, I am not optimistic about college students from the bottom of my heart. The reason is that the current college students are redundant, cheap can not be cheaper, it is better to have a skilled craftsman.
Yes, our college students should also firmly establish a sense of urgency. Going to college is only the starting point for struggle, otherwise we will face unemployment directly after graduation. We should cherish university life, arm ourselves with scientific knowledge, strive to increase social practice, connect theory with practice, and become a qualified college student.
In just ten days, it quickly passed. For the workers, they have been very ordinary, but it is very unusual for me.
