After listening to these ideas, the company's CEOs can't help but sigh that they have never thought of a solution that can save the company's production costs and bring more benefits to the villagers. Through on-the-spot investigation, it proved that the idea was indeed effective and feasible. Coupled with the enthusiasm of the Zhizhishu and the villagers for the people and the selflessness, the company CEO decided to cooperate with Qipan Village on the spot to jointly develop a new way to increase farmers' income. A few days later, Qiao Zhishu was in full swing, bringing a villager to the factory to learn technology; soon, the company pulled the raw materials into the village and dispatched technicians to provide on-site guidance. So far, more than 20 villagers have started working, and most of them have been able to work skillfully. Li Zhishu expects that more people will be willing to participate in this work after the end of the agricultural busy, and the scale of production will be further expanded.
