There are not a few listeners who can work hard to become qualified readers – whether active or passive, and vice versa. They are all impossible to play their talents or achieve success. How do I learn that all schools follow this way of thinking: there is only one correct way to learn, and everyone has to follow. However, for students whose learning style is not the same as others, it is hell to be forced to learn according to the way the school teaches. In fact, there are probably six or seven different ways of learning.

Some people rely on writing to learn, some people learn in practice, and others learn with detailed notes. For example, Beethoven left a lot of essays, but he never looked at it when he composed. In this case, the work done by this person does not seem to be worth the effort to contribute to life, or even to contribute too much energy. Responsibility for interpersonal relationships is first and foremost the fact that others are individuals who are just like you. They will insist on showing their personality as a person. Therefore, in order to be effective, you must know the characteristics of the co-workers. This makes it easy to understand, but few people really pay attention.

A person accustomed to writing a report is a typical example, because his boss is a reader-type person, and even if the next boss is a listener type, he will continue to write those reports. The boss therefore thinks this employee is stupid, incompetent and lazy. But if the employee has studied the situation of the new boss beforehand and analyzed the way the boss works, this situation could have been avoided.

This is the secret of "managing" the boss. Everyone has the right to work the way they want. The first secret to improving efficiency is to understand the people who work with you to take advantage of their strengths, work styles and values. The second part of interpersonal responsibility is communication responsibility.
