Second, organizational leadership and responsibilities

The census work is carried out under the unified leadership of the street office in accordance with the principle of “unified leadership across the street, division of labor among divisions, responsibility of each group, and participation of all parties”.

4. Standard time, objects and contents of the census

The standard time for the census is 0:00 on November 1 this year.

The census is targeted at natural persons living in areas under our jurisdiction.

The census uses the principle of registration by current residence. Everyone must register at their current residence. If the census object does not reside in the household registration area, the registration information of the household registration area shall be registered.

The census is registered on a household basis, and households are divided into households and collective households.

The census registration is carried out by means of enumeration of enumerators and on-the-spot reporting.

After the census enumerator has completed the investigation, the contents of the census shall be read out to the household reporter for verification.

6. Regional division and household registration

The division of the census area adheres to the principle of geography. The census area is divided based on the area under the jurisdiction of the neighborhood committee. Each census area is divided into several census cells, and each census cell is divided in principle according to about 300 people.
