Second, the assessment method

1. The evaluation of 19 township entrepreneurship competitions is implemented on a thousand-point scale. The indicator calculates two digits after the decimal point is retained.

2. Scoring method: Introduce a simple “efficiency coefficient method”, that is, 60% of the standard score of each indicator is used as the basic score, and then 40% is the highest score, and other township scores are used as indicators. The value is divided by the highest indicator value and multiplied by the standard score. Calculation formula: index score = standard score × x% + index value highest index value × standard score × y%.

3. The newly introduced investment in large-scale industrial projects refers to industrial projects with a new investment of more than 5 million yuan in xx years and registered by the County Development and Reform Bureau and industrial and commercial registration. In order to encourage the introduction of new large-scale industrial projects, the single project investment has a reward of 100 million yuan or more, and on this basis, each additional 10 million yuan rewards 30 points. 4. Towns and towns that have not obtained advanced rankings but have completed or overfulfilled the task of attracting investment will be commended by the conference for encouragement. It is also allowed to give appropriate rewards to the cadres and workers who have made outstanding achievements in grasping the project according to the plan and actuality of the township at the beginning of the year.
