On the basis of persisting in studying Deng Xiaoping Theory and deeply understanding the important thinking of the "Three Represents", and closely integrating the practice of socialist concept of honor and disgrace, my political theory has improved, and further strengthened the "establishing the party for the public and governing for the people." One of the feelings, as a middle-level cadre must be responsible. As a water conservancy in the middle-level position, I feel a lot of pressure in the face of the ever-changing changes in engineering management. This kind of pressure comes from the trust of the organization and the lack of experience. I think that if you want to face all kinds of work with confidence, you must first strengthen your sense of responsibility. There is pressure to be motivated, and there is tension to have a sense of urgency. The third impression is that the people are the source of strength for all work. Our management work is no exception. To do our job well, we must first do a good job in the work of the people. The system is implemented by people. The system that is perfected and then effective cannot be implemented or executed in a way that is equal to a blank paper. The implementation of an imperfect system will receive better results. Therefore, it is the key to doing a good job in the people's work, but how can we do a good job in the work of the people? I think it is necessary to strictly manage and care for it. The first is "strict management," letting go is equal to harming employees. It is necessary to constrain them from the system to consciously abide by the law and obey the law, the implementation system must be serious, and the implementation of the policy must be in place. Followed by "love", cadres who do not care for the people are not good cadres. Only by caring about the sufferings of the people, understanding what they think, and helping them solve their difficulties in life can they fully mobilize their enthusiasm, let them eliminate worries and wholeheartedly devote themselves to their work.

The fourth impression, middle-level cadres must take the lead. Being an official is a person, and being a person is an official. Regardless of the size of the official position, leading cadres are a mirror of the people, both in terms of work discipline and in clean and self-discipline. Therefore, we must never set up a set on the stage, but a set of things in the table, and we should make it a must, so that we can let go of all selfish distractions and wholeheartedly put ourselves into work.

The fifth impression, if you manage yourself, will be able to control your cadres and workers. This is another point of mine. Prestige is established by itself. It is not blown out by others. Integrity is made by itself. It is not written by others. It wants the cadres and workers to be honest and self-disciplined, and they must be honest. At the same time, we must create conditions for the cadres and workers to be clean. It should be said that over the years, I have attached great importance to myself and to the building of a clean and honest administration, and can act in strict accordance with the requirements of the leadership of the branch and the various integrity systems.

The determination and confidence to do a good job are both. The development of subjective motivation in a good direction is what everyone thinks. I think everyone is making progress in continuous summing up and correction. Let's take a look at the shortcomings of our own existence, and ask the leaders and comrades to criticize and correct them so that I can improve them in my future work.

One of the problems is that the study is not deep enough. The current work situation poses a great challenge to the comprehensive quality of our cadres. Learning is an urgent task. However, he is not sufficiently in-depth and meticulous in political theory and business study. For some new knowledge and new theories, he is only half-baked and lacks the spirit of hard work, especially when he is busy, he is busy with general affairs and learning. Not deep enough. In the study of various political theories, there is still a certain practice of going through the game. The understanding of the establishment of a modern project management system and mechanism is not enough. In the future, we should further correct our attitude towards learning, further explore learning methods, and work hard on the depth of theory.

The second problem is that the work arrangement is less personally checked. I always feel that there are many things to do, and I have more requirements for the following, plus my own temper, and also demand quality. I often refrain from personally supervising the inspection after I have laid out my work, or just asking about it. Sometimes I have to make more arrangements and forget about it. Therefore, in the future, I am determined to do a good job in the macro-control of my work, and on the other hand, we must do a good job in specific management.

The third problem is that the problem needs to be improved. For example, the working method is sometimes simple; sometimes the work is irritable and tempered; whether it is entertainment or not, the problem of drinking on the working day still exists.

The fourth problem is that there is not enough creative work. I sometimes can't always maintain a positive attitude toward work, especially when I have a little work at hand. When I am busy, I have the idea of ​​"no matter what I do, high hangs." I always feel that I am an ordinary party member. No major event, no deep understanding of the purpose of "serving the people wholeheartedly", as a project management personnel, creatively grasping the full implementation of the spirit of leadership instructions is his responsibility and an inevitable requirement for doing a good job. Sometimes I have too much scruples in my work. After thinking about it, I can't let go of my hands and feet. I don't boldly combine the actual situation of the management section, come up with new methods, new ideas and new countermeasures, and research and solve new situations and new problems.
