One. In the promotion work

In the beginning of October, my class participated in the blog competition organized by the school with the theme of “Bo I love, youthful flying”. I actively organized the branch members to create a blog page with four classes of personality. Each column was arranged with the corresponding person in charge. The enthusiasm of all the students. For the first time, personal profiles, photo walls and other interfaces give members a shortcut to understanding new faces. At the beginning of the event, everyone's enthusiasm was high, and they all performed their duties, maximizing personal connections to improve blog hit rate. However, as time went on, it was slightly lazy. When the blog liaison and commentator were called, no one signed up. Careful thinking, it should be that I supervised the organization's dereliction of duty, did not find a fulcrum to mobilize everyone's interest.

The review work of the China Youth Daily and the writing of the member's diary were completed in turn in the order of the flower list, on time and in good condition. two. Ideological education work

The three group day activities are as follows:

1. On November 2nd, I organized a sports meeting for the theme of “Sports Girls, Happy Girls” with the background of “Four Self”. The scale of this activity is relatively large, and the previous work is also cumbersome, such as the purchase of various sports equipment, prizes, bandages and so on. In order to narrow the distance between the students, I deliberately adopted a random grouping method to avoid the differentiation phenomenon in the bedroom. Everyone had a good time and the response was very good. Some students even proposed to set the second day of the Games on November 2. I am very happy with the happiness of my classmates. But there are also many flaws, such as the pre-match rules are not perfect enough, resulting in temporary changes to the rules during the game.

2. On November 25th, my branch carried out the theme forum of “I am developing with Hunan, I contributed to the four types and two types”. This is the first time I took control of the audience as the keynote speaker. Causes me to refer to the manuscript retelling from time to time. Since the "four" is a relatively abstract theoretical knowledge, I prepared some related animation videos before the meeting, but the other links were boring. How to mobilize the students' interest through speech and talk, how to respond humorously is the job skill that I need to improve.

3. On December 2nd, my branch carried out the theme of “self-sufficiency, happy girls” in the “four-self” background. The event was invited to the class guide and two Baoyan school sisters. Again, we take a random grouping approach. The students are self-sufficient and show the femininity of women's self-reliance. This kind of collective travel activity greatly enhances the cohesiveness and team spirit of the students.

The smooth progress of the above activities is closely related to the cooperation of the classmates. For example, collecting the group fees, uploading and recording the information of the members, and filling out the work manual of the Communist Youth League branch of our class. Here, I deeply understand the importance of maintaining a harmonious relationship with my classmates.

three. Style of study

I cooperated with the squad leader to organize a "face-to-face meeting with outstanding schoolmates" to learn lessons and learn how to learn. After the meeting, I and my classmates visited the sister's bedroom to read their reading notes, and conveyed their inductive methods to the students in a more shallow way.

There are three students in my class who serve as the general branch of the grade group, the president of the Qingzhi Association and the head of the network department in the grade group branch. This makes the work of my branch more closely follow the mainstream consciousness of the grade. At the same time, it has played an important role in promoting the work ability of the members of the Youth League, the organizing committee, and the propaganda committee.

At present, two classmates in my class have become active members of the party. They will subtly move the rest of the class to the party organization.

In addition, in many publicity activities, everyone's enthusiasm is getting lower and lower, which is a great challenge for me. Often, I have to force the classmates to do things in the order of the roster. Besides that, I have nothing to do.

It was the occasional opportunity at the beginning of the school year. Let me serve as a branch secretary under the trust of classmates.
