In the past six months, under the guidance of the teachers of the Youth League Committee and the efforts of our own departments, the Practice Department has achieved certain results, and at the same time faced some unavoidable problems. The work of the practice department of this semester is summarized as follows:
I. After the successful recruitment of the first two-generation conference of our institute, the practice department and other departments carried out the recruitment work together. Three freshmen who were active and practical were selected from the freshmen to join our team. We have made full preparations for Zhaoxin, carefully designing the problem, understanding the actual situation of the candidates in the multi-faceted manner, and ensuring that we receive excellent talents.
Second, clearing the campus garbage small advertising recruiting new work, the campus advertising is free to post, affecting the campus environment, the practice department will be together with the other members of the Youth League Committee to do a centralized cleaning of school garbage advertising. As the first job after recruiting, everyone is very enthusiastic, and all the small ads will be cleaned up in less than two hours.

IV. Organizing the Postgraduate Reporting Conference In May, we contacted Wuhan New Oriental and invited the famous New Oriental lecturer Zhang Ge to give a large-scale postgraduate public welfare lecture in our hospital. The lecture focuses on postgraduate English, which covers all aspects of ideals, life, youth and emotions. The enthusiasm of the New Oriental teacher and the humorous speech made the meeting sometimes laughter and sometimes applause. This event is not only a big meal for the students of our college entrance examination, but also a profound feast of thinking on the intellectual and emotional intelligence of the students. After the report meeting, many students expressed that they have benefited a lot. I hope that the school can do more lectures on this kind of youthful inspiration and enlightenment.
V. Publicity of experts in the series of conferences This semester is to broaden students' horizons and increase the campus culture atmosphere. The Youth League has organized eight expert reports. VI. Seventh, strengthening the internal construction of the department is actually the development of each individual for the development of a department. And development needs summ and passion. The short-term passion needs to maintain a cheerful and uplifting atmosphere, and the long-term passion to maintain requires each to actually feel the improvement, pay after the harvest, and everyone together, is a precious fate in the works. Therefore, the relationship with the department staff is not a simple subordinate relationship, but also a close partner and comrades-in-arms. They should pay attention to the assistants, enter their hearts, and understand the difficulties and problems in their lives, learning, and emotions. For example, teach them some learning experiences and discuss how the university should spend more wonderfully. They will have an internship right away. When everyone pays attention to safety and there are major changes in the weather, the group newsletter reminds everyone and tells each other, etc. In short, Strive to create a caring and home atmosphere.
In addition, the Ministry of Practice assisted the Department of Information and Machinery in organizing the “Entrepreneurial Design Competition” and the “Mechanical Innovation Design Competition” in the Science and Technology Festival, which accumulated some lessons for our own future activities. At the opening and closing ceremonies, the practice department also completed the work of the venue layout.
Because the new student committee of the Youth League Committee has just been elected, the staff of the practice department has changed a lot. The work of new and old members is still in the running-in period, and some work has not been done. The main problems are as follows:
The members' comprehensive physique and organizational management capabilities have yet to be improved, and the work is not proactive, and it is not clear how to carry out activities. The effect of our activities in the activity is always not up to the expected goal and the preset meaning height.
There is still a certain gap between the work carried out this semester and its core functions, and the significance of “social practice” should be highlighted in the work of the next semester.
Lack of communication is mainly reflected in the guidance and contact between the departmental practice department and the vice-chairman.
Although there are still many problems, the practice department will work hard to solve and strive to innovate and strive to do better in the next semester.
