Under the instructions of the superiors, all departments actively planned and prepared, basically completed the previously set goals, and achieved good results. The following analysis and evaluation of the whole process of the new activities were carried out. Six parts:

Recruitment and promotion stage:

1. Before the formal start of the new recruiting work, the three members of the Secretarial Committee of the Youth League Committee drafted a new planning book after several preparatory work meetings, and then discussed with the deputy secretary of the Youth League Committee and other members and the new recruits of the Student Union. Decision: The official recruitment time is from September 4th to 18th, and on September 7th, a booth will be set up between 12th and 13th buildings in Wushan for freshmen consultation.

2. Recruitment of the design of the new poster and the layout of the exhibition board. Due to the tight time, the Propaganda Department made the posters and the exhibition boards within 2 days, which did not affect the development of the recruiting work.

3. On the evening of September 4th, all the members of the Youth League Committee visited the new dormitory. The publicity effect was good. Everyone had a preliminary understanding of the Youth League Committee , which facilitated the smooth progress of the next work.

Recruitment registration stage

1. Time: A series of new promotional and visiting activities before September 4th to September 14th laid a good foundation for the next step. The freshmen chose according to their previous departmental functions and their own hobbies. The department that Amen loves, everyone wants to be able to enter the work of the Youth League Committee , to cultivate their ability to do things, to exercise their perseverance qualities that are not afraid of hardship, and to accumulate certain work experience, so as to make necessary for them to formally enter the society. ready.

Recruit new interview stage:

1. The first round of interview time is scheduled for September 17th at 13:30 to 20:30, Venue: Teach four 202 and 204

2. The interviewers were sorted and interviewed in the order of the Secretarial Department, the Organization Department, the Practice Department, the Department of Thought and the Propaganda Department. The ruling of the staff was determined by the comprehensive opinions of the reviewers of each department, and 160 people in the first round of interviews were screened. About 70 people.

3. The second round of interviews will be held from 13:00 to 18:00 on September 18th. The Secretariat, the Organization Department and the Practice Department will jointly hold a second round of joint interviews at Jiao 4-202, which is to prepare the planning book and At the same time, the Ministry of Construction held a 4-month interview in the form of a speech contest, while the Propaganda Department held their second round of interviews on the overhead floor of the experimental building.

Valuable behavior during the recruitment period:

1. During the production of posters and exhibition boards, the Propaganda Department overcame the problem of time constraints and staff shortages, making full use of extracurricular time and completing the promotion of materials overnight.

2. During the open day, the duty officers of each department gave up their rest time, stayed at the waiting point, and patiently answered the questions they asked about the Youth League Committee .

3. During the interview period, everyone sat in a row for 6.7 hours to interview 11 freshmen. After the interview, they were non-stop discussions and preparations for the second round of interviews.

4. The new department is responsible for the recruitment of new work, so they can be seen before or after the event.

Thanks to everyone’s solidarity and cooperation, we have been working hard and this new event has been a complete success. However, while seeing the results, we also found that there are problems with our own problems.

Problems and deficiencies:

1. The recruiting plan is not perfect enough, and the publicity time is relatively complete, so that when the formal recruitment is near, some students have not yet learned about the Youth League Committee .

2. During the promotion period, due to the poor publicity effect before the opening day, the number of freshmen who came to consult on the opening day was not too much.

3. The scene was too confusing when the interview results were discussed, which was also caused by the inadequacy of the programs we prepared before.

After seeing the problem, we are more happy than sad. Because there are problems, we must retreat. Only by improving our own problems can we further improve the efficiency of student cadres and better serve our students.

The next work idea:

1. Before each activity begins, we must plan, arrange, and implement responsibility to the personal system so that the efficiency of each student cadre can be fully improved.

2. Think more about things, discuss more, and then pay for it.

3. Always maintain a good working style, and carry forward the spirit of the previous session of the Youth League Committee to be down-to-earth and work hard.
