Summary of the work of the class group branch

Unconsciously, one semester is over. Looking back at the work of the branch of my class in the first semester of the sophomore year, we not only completed the work plan and goals set at the beginning of the school, but also the propaganda committee members and organization members in the group branch secretary and the league branch. With the serious efforts, with the active cooperation of the whole class, we have also achieved some new results and experience. But at the same time, it is undeniable that we still have many problems in the work of the Youth League Branch, and the way of working needs to be improved.

The following summarizes the work of the Youth League branch of this semester as follows:

I. Summary of summer social practice

The summer vacation of XX is the first time we have participated in the summer social practice activities of college students since we entered university. Under the careful arrangement of the college, our whole class members actively participated in the event, and some of them also participated in the squad activities organized by the college. At the beginning of the semester, the Youth League Branch conducted a detailed investigation and research on the students' practice, and summarized the practical activities of the students. In this group activity, our class practice was good, all the students passed the assessment, and none of them failed. Everyone has a richer content and a more serious attitude. But unfortunately, none of my classmates achieved excellent grades, which shows that our practice is not deep enough, not thorough enough, and there is still little experience in this area. In response to this problem, our group branch concluded that the training was not detailed enough before the practice, which led to the students not getting enough exercise in the practice process. Therefore, in the next summer social practice activities, we should further expand the propaganda, enrich the content of the pre-training, and better guide everyone to complete the practical activities. At the same time, fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the students and improve the attention of the students.

Second, call the classmates to actively move closer to the party organization

During the semester, the Youth League Branch actively promoted the party's thinking and spirit in the class, and encouraged students to submit their application for joining the party to the party organization. By the end of the semester, 19 of the 25 students in the class had submitted their applications for membership and became active members of the party. Most of the students were able to submit their thoughts and reports in a timely manner under the supervision of the Youth League Branch and report their thoughts to the party organizations. However, there are still six students who have not been able to become a member of the party organization. This is a deficiency in the work of our Youth League branch and a place for positive improvement in the next semester.

Third, party school learning

In the third month of the semester, our school held the first phase of the party school. In this party school curriculum, in the class of activists who have submitted applications to the party organizations, the class was fairly elected by the class, and finally recommended six outstanding students to participate in the study. The party school course lasted for one month. In addition to studying theoretical knowledge at the party school, the six students also organized a visit to the Yuhuatai Revolutionary Martyrs Memorial Center for a visit. In the final final exam, the overall six-party school students in our class scored excellently, and one of them was rated as an outstanding student. By the end of the semester, a total of nine students in my class have participated in the school.

Fourth, the development of party members

In the semester of this semester, under the conditions of the development of the party organization in the school, our class voted to select three classmates who have participated in the party school to become active targets. And organized a public forum. One of the students passed the organizational review, and the other two students suggested that the next semester should be developed due to the less than one year of the study period. In November, we held another class meeting and elected six activists from the party schools to learn that six people will become the targets of the new phase of preparatory development and enter the inspection period. For the work of developing party members, our group branch is in a fair, just and responsible manner. For each promotion, we will publicly listen to the opinions of the whole class and strictly review the thoughts of the selected students.

V. Activity organization

During the semester, we did not specially organize educational activities with educational significance in the group branch, but the class collectively conducted an autumn tour. We played Qixia Mountain, enjoyed the beautiful scenery of nature, and exercised the students' body. At the same time, six students who studied at the branch school in the semester came to the Yuhuatai Revolutionary Martyrs Memorial Center for a visit and dedication. In November, we established our own class blog, and we have our own home on the Internet. It has become a good place for students to communicate and exchange, adding a new way for the establishment of class logs. At the end of the period, we organized a class to gather together to celebrate the arrival of the New Year and the winter holiday, which enhanced the unity and class cohesion of the students.

Six, work shortcomings and deficiencies

Although the work of the class branch of this semester has achieved some achievements, there are still many shortcomings and shortcomings. For example, the work of the Communist Youth League, the propaganda committee of the Communist Youth League and the organization committee are not well-considered, and the working methods need to be improved. There are fewer class activities in the group branch, and there is a lack of meaningful party activities that can educate or enlighten students. These will be the focus of our work for the next semester.

I hope that in the next semester, in addition to the above achievements and experience, our group branch can be further improved and improved, and the work of the class branch is better.
