As a branch of the Department of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, we have our own unique working methods, and our group has taken a different approach with a determined eye. This department's plan for this semester is to do this, but since this semester is the 50th year of the school, our plan has to be broken, but we must also adapt to this change. And we have made different measures, so we participated in the series of activities of the college. In this series of activities, we all showed the group spirit and ability of all members of our delegation, and took the lead to the majority of the members. Freshmen Our active participation in the event also reflects the vitality of the members, which is one of our successes.

There are a large number of people in our school. This year, we also invited the second-year teacher and sister to tell us how to adapt to university life as soon as possible and become a relatively important activity at the beginning of the school. The department's resounding schools and college arrangements have successfully carried out a series of work and activities.

The ideological education of the members is the top priority of the group work, and it is the basis for improving the overall quality of the youth league members and enhancing the cohesiveness and combat effectiveness of the group. The Youth League Committee closely integrated the ideological construction of the Youth League and the life of the Youth League, and strengthened the political theory education and life outlook education of the members through situational policy education and promotion, and cultivated outstanding talents of honesty and trustworthiness.

The development of the Situation and Policy Education Course is one of the important courses to improve the theoretical level and eloquence of the majority of the members according to the instructions of the College and the Department of Work, combining the ideological education of the members with the situational education. Formal education is also one of the main tasks of the organization department. With the successful conclusion of the Sixth Plenary Session of the XX Session, our group also carried out a series of seminars and organized life under the guidance of two departments of the department. In this way, we convey the spirit of the General Assembly to the majority of the members.

2. Our organization department mainly leads the students to participate actively in a series of activities. In the event, we pay attention to each of the details, try to be pragmatic and efficient, although there have been some mistakes, but with the help of the members and the help of the group secretary, they have been corrected and achieved activities. Through this series of activities, we have demonstrated the team spirit of the Youth League Committee and improved the centripetal force and cohesiveness of the Youth League Committee.

"Take the best" work. It is one of the department's work plans to further do a good job of "pushing the best" and to deliver fresh blood to the party. Recommending outstanding members as the party's development target is a glorious and arduous task assigned by the party to the Communist Youth League. Our organization department has also made great contributions and has sent a group of outstanding members to the party organization. In this matter, our classmates actively wrote the application and performed very well!

In addition to completing the work of the Youth League Committee, the department also assisted the Student Union in organizing the cheerleading conductors of the New Sports Games and the School Games, which have achieved relatively good results.

In the past, although the work of this department has achieved certain results, there are still many areas that need improvement and improvement:

First, our work efficiency has to be further improved. There are many things that cannot be completed according to the plan, so that there have been many mistakes.

Second, the coordination of the members of the department should be further strengthened. Although there are few members in this department, the communication and cooperation between the members is not enough. If you do not improve it seriously, it may cause unexpected mistakes.

Third, the sense of innovation is not enough, and the work idea is bound by the rules and regulations, so that many jobs cannot be completed effectively.

Fourth, we should listen to the opinions of our students through multiple channels and ways, and establish the concept of serving students.
