1. Strengthen organizational leadership. The annual school safety work objectives are clear, focused, and effective. At the beginning of the semester, there are plans, summing up at the end of the year, holding at least one school safety work meeting every quarter, implementing the requirements for higher-level safety work, and analyzing the safety of the school.

2. Implement the school safety responsibility system and sign 100% safety responsibility books with schools, kindergartens, grade groups, classes, teaching and research groups, and teachers to form a scientific and reasonable school safety responsibility system. Timely discover and study new situations in school safety work and solve outstanding problems.

3. Adhere to the safety inspection system and conduct safety inspections at least once a month. The inspections are recorded and feedback is provided. If the safety hazards detected are promptly rectified and the school cannot be rectified, it shall be reported to the County Education Bureau and relevant departments in time. Carefully deploy and carry out relevant special rectification and reporting and registration of major hazard sources. According to seasonal changes, the law of student growth and development, epidemic epidemic dynamics, timely investigation and prevention of epidemics, and timely reporting of epidemics to the Education Bureau and relevant departments

4. Implement the accident reporting system. According to the regulations, the accident situation will be reported in a timely and truthful manner. Establish and improve "emergency incidents", fire safety, "epidemic epidemics", "sudden casualties in schools", "anti-violent terrorist incidents" and other plans, in the event of an accident, immediately deal with the accident according to the plan.

5. Strengthen safety knowledge education. Seriously organize and carry out safety education activities such as “Safety Education Week”, “Safe Production Month”, “Anti-drug Publicity Month”, “Fire Propaganda Promotion School” activities, and “11·9” Fire Day. Incorporate “water prevention safety education”, “traffic safety education”, fire safety, legal education, and “mental health education” into school education activities. Incorporate "legal education", "fire safety education", "anti-drug education" into school teaching plans, and make full use of activity classes, class meetings and other time for safety education.

6. Improve safety and security measures. Establish and improve various rules and regulations for education and safety management in a timely manner. Strengthen the training of staff in special positions such as canteen staff, boiler workers, electricians, drivers, school doctors, etc., and the number of employees holding special positions is 100%. Do a good job in the configuration of technical equipment such as alarms and fire extinguishers. When students go out to practice activities, spring and autumn tours and other activities, they must report to the Education Bureau Supervision Office in a timely manner.

7. Strengthen the construction of teachers' morality and give play to the role of teachers. Schools and kindergarten teachers are not allowed to insult, corporal punishment or corporal punishment in school or anywhere else.

School safety work is subject to a one-vote veto system. Schools that have a safety accident on campus are not allowed to select advanced types. If a safety accident occurs due to a work failure, the responsibility of the school responsible person and other relevant personnel will be investigated according to the circumstances.
