4. If the payment is not timely or unpaid, the relevant responsibility shall be borne by each responsible party.

5. The insurance premium payable by Party A shall include: third party liability insurance, car damage insurance, burglary insurance, traffic compulsory insurance and other insurance types. The specific insurance coverage shall be calculated according to the approved amount of the insurance company.

6. During the lease term, the vehicle has a traffic accident, or other risks arising from the non-Party liability during the use of the insurance. The insurance company will not pay the claim, and Party B shall bear all the responsibilities, and Party B shall handle it by itself. Party shall issue the formalities and Party A shall assist. In the event of damage to the vehicle, if the insurance compensation is insufficient to repair the vehicle to a usable condition, Party B shall bear the responsibility for replenishing the responsibility and accepting a depreciation charge of 30% of the actual maintenance cost of the vehicle.

7. During the lease period, Party B shall not transfer, sublease, mortgage, pledge, or otherwise set the guarantee for the taxi. If there is, Party A has the right to cancel the agreement, request Party B to bear the loss, and ask Party B to pay 20% of the rent amount.

8. Party B shall properly protect the vehicle and maintain it regularly. The relevant expenses shall be borne by Party B. 9. During the rental period, Party B shall be responsible for the damage caused by the normal use of the vehicle.

10. If Party A sells the vehicle during the lease term and Party A shall declare this Agreement to the purchaser, this Agreement shall continue to be valid for the purchaser. Party B does not claim the right of first refusal, but Party A shall inform Party B of the sale.

11. Party A shall ensure that there is no mortgage, seizure, etc. affecting the normal use of Party B. 5. Lease expires:

1. When the lease term expires, this Agreement shall be terminated. If Party B ceases to lease, Party B shall return the vehicle to Party A at the expiration of the lease term in accordance with the conditions stipulated in this Agreement. If Party B continues to lease, the parties shall negotiate to re-establish the agreement.

2. Upon expiration of the lease term, the parties have not reached an agreement on the continuation of the lease. If Party B fails to return the vehicle to Party A, Party B shall compensate Party A for the loss of Party B in accordance with the two-point rental standard stipulated in this Agreement. 6. The agreement is lifted:

Article 5 Calculation of the lease term
