The two sides reached an agreement on the following matters through repeated consensus:

Party A provides teaching venues and facilities for Party B to use Party B to conduct teaching at Party A. Party A and Party B shall open this teaching in a long-term cooperation.

2. During the cooperation between the two parties, no other street dance teaching may be opened here. If this happens, Party A shall compensate Party B with double the class time fee and immediately terminate the cooperation with other street dance teaching.

During the cooperation between the three parties, Party A shall assist Party B to do the corresponding publicity work, and the promotional materials such as poster flyers shall be produced by Party B.

During the cooperation between the two parties, if the enrolled students are non-Party members, such trainees shall be informed by Party B and supervised by Party A's staff. Party A's equipment shall not be used without authorization. If damage is found, Party A's responsible person shall negotiate compensation.

The five sides agreed to determine that the teaching time period is weekly, 90 minutes per class, week, and time.

The six parties negotiated to determine that all the class fees paid by the participants are the common profits of both parties, and the profits are divided into five five.

The seven sides agreed to negotiate and enrolled more than 10 people to start teaching. If you recruit less than 10 people in the day, this cooperation will be automatically lifted.

Since the beginning of the lecture, Party A’s membership consultant will help Party B to recruit one person each. Party B will pay 5% of the profit of each student after Party 5 and Party A’s share, and give Party A’s membership consultant as a negotiation. Each student has 280 yuan / 8 lessons.

The cooperation between the two parties will take effect from now on, until the date of the year.

Ten or more facts are clear, and both parties have no objection. This agreement will come into effect from now on.
