The first purpose of cooperation

The two sides hope that through the establishment of a close, long-term and harmonious strategic partnership, they will give full play to their respective strengths and cooperate in various fields such as agricultural planting, comprehensive agricultural development, agricultural project declaration, agricultural product logistics, and order farming to achieve resource sharing and complementary advantages. Article 2 Area of ​​Cooperation

3. In the industrial chain with planting, processing, logistics and sales led by Party A, Party B is responsible for the operation and management of the planting base. The title of the base is: Hanfeng 100,000 mu high-quality wheat planting demonstration base, which is fully packaged, planned, publicized and certified by Party A. The name of the base only refers to the use in external publicity and does not have legal personality.

4. Party A is obliged to guide Party B's industrial planning, assist the base to declare the project, and carry out in-depth development of the planting base, including expanding the area, high-yield transformation, green, organic planting base certification, etc. for business guidance. When implementing this clause, a separate cooperation agreement must be signed on the principle of mutual benefit.

5. Party B agrees to include its business information as part of Party A's industrial chain and incorporate it into Party A's industrial system, including Party A's external publicity, website use, and project declaration.

6. The two parties give each other product and service support and preferential treatment. For example, in the field of technology, acquisition, storage and transportation of agricultural products, the other party has priority under the same conditions. When a project approached by one party requires cooperation with another party's products or services, priority should be given to cooperation with strategic partners;

7. In order to enhance the market competitiveness of both parties, the two sides can carry out talent training cooperation and human resources cooperation.

Without the written authorization or permission of the other party, neither party shall consider and claim to be the agent of the other party, or arbitrarily make any promises in the name of the other party. Article 5 Confidentiality

For the specific content of this strategic agreement, both parties have the obligation to keep confidential.

The right of either party to the other party's business or technical secrets known during the cooperation period, during the period of cooperation and after the termination of the cooperation, as long as the information does not become public information, both parties have a duty of confidentiality.

Neither party may disclose the trade secret in any way to third parties or for other commercial purposes without the written authorization or permission of the other party. Article 6 Term of Cooperation
