6. Engineering materials:

9. Settlement method for project installation fee:

X. Duties of both parties:

1. Party A shall provide Party B's engineering drawings and carry out related disclosures, and shall be responsible for coordinating the various links in the construction to ensure the smooth progress of Party B's construction.

2. Purchasing the main materials and auxiliary materials to the construction site in time according to the on-site construction progress.

3. Responsible for technical disclosure and safe disclosure of Party B personnel, comprehensively supervise and urge Party B to do all kinds of safety production work, and take necessary fines for Party B to violate safety production regulations.

4. According to the opinions of the owner and the supervision unit, timely formulate the construction plans at various stages, and notify Party B in writing to ensure that the construction of the project is carried out in an orderly manner.

5. Party B shall cherish the construction equipment and tools provided by Party A, and arrange the construction team with excellent technology to carry out the construction. If Party B causes rework, material loss and economic loss, Party B shall bear the responsibility.

6. After receiving the project payment, Party B shall not default on the living expenses and wages of the construction personnel.

7. When the materials enter the construction site, Party B shall actively arrange the personnel to unload the goods into the warehouse, and the materials should be properly handled.

8. The materials of Party B shall be in accordance with the construction drawings, and the finished product protection work shall be completed after the completion of the project.

9. Party B shall not waste materials or use large materials during the construction process. If it is found that it is deducted according to the price of the finished material, the labor fee is charged.

10. If Party B causes damage to the equipment and equipment provided by Party A due to improper use or man-made damage, Party B shall pay compensation according to the price, and the expenses shall be deducted from the contracted project.

11. Party B shall complete the work and clear the materials. The construction equipment and tools and the remaining materials shall be collected and handed over to the warehouse, and the handover records shall be made. If it is found that there are lost materials and tools on site, Party A has the right to impose corresponding penalties.

XI. The above provisions of this Agreement shall become effective on the same day after the signatures of both Party A and Party B are confirmed, and the conditions for deletion or addition shall be invalid.
