Consultation cooperation agreement

After friendly consultations, both parties have reached the following agreement on the principle of mutual cooperation and mutual benefit, on the distribution of exhibition tickets and business card collection:

1. Party A’s obligations and responsibilities

1. Party A is responsible for sending the tickets for the publicity of this exhibition to Party B. The postage is the responsibility of Party A.

2, the scope of ticket distribution and business card collection is mainly for the city, district, county auto supplies wholesalers, agents, retailers, car decoration stores, car equipment stores, car decoration stores, car beauty shops, car washes and so on.

3, auto repair, auto parts, car 4s shop is not within the scope of distribution.

2. Party B’s obligations and responsibilities

1. Party B is responsible for the issuance of tickets and the collection of relevant business cards, without any risk.

2. Party B must complete the issuance of tickets and the collection of business cards within the specified time and scope.

3. After the work is completed, Party B must return the relevant business card collected to Party A, and the postage shall be the responsibility of Party A.

4. After receiving the tickets, Party B must complete the collection within the specified working hours and complete the collection of business cards.

5. Party B must perform the issuance of tickets and the collection of business cards in accordance with the scope of distribution designated by Party A.

6. Each time Party B issues a ticket and collects a business card, Party A shall pay Party B a labor fee of RMB 1 per piece. The calculation method shall be based on the number of recycled business cards, and the business card shall be duplicated and not within the scope of the specified industry, but Party B must guarantee The rate of ticket issuance in the area in charge is not less than 98%. If it is lower than 98%, the price is 0.8 yuan/sheet.

7. After Party B's work is completed, Party A shall conduct spot checks and verifications, and pay all the labor services to Party B in one lump sum within five working days after verification.

8. In the process of ticket distribution, Party B shall abide by the traffic order, pay attention to the safety of public transportation, and be responsible for its own safety. Party A shall not be responsible for any other accidents.

9. Party B must complete the work entrusted by Party A on time and within the prescribed time and scope. If there is force majeure, Party A and Party B shall resolve the dispute through negotiation.

Third, the implementation period of the agreement

This Agreement is valid from the 20th day of the month to the 10th of July 2019, at which time the implementation period of the cooperation programme is agreed for this Agreement.

4. Matters not covered in this Agreement shall be settled separately by the parties.

This Agreement shall come into force on the date of signature and seal of the authorized representatives of both Party A and Party B. This Agreement shall be in two copies, and each of the parties shall have the same effect and the fax shall be valid.
