Second, determine the party activists

Applicants who join the party are recommended by the party group and reviewed and approved by the branch committee, and they are identified as party activists. Third, enter the inspection period

The investigation period is more than one year, counting from the date when the party branch determines that it is a party activist. The party branch should conduct an inspection of the activists who ask to join the party every six months. Each time the investigation is completed, the party’s activists should be filled in. 2. The symposium should be held nearly one year before the inspection period, and the branch is prepared to be listed as a development target.

Fifth, determine the development object

After more than one year of training and education, the activists who are required to join the party can be listed as development targets on the basis of listening to party groups, cultivating contacts, and opinions of the people inside and outside the party.

6. Political review

Seven, short-term training

The grassroots party committees should conduct short-term intensive training on development targets for five to seven days. Nine, fill in the party volunteers

To fill out the "Participation Letter for the Party", the development object must be approved by the party organization at the higher level, and filled out with a pen or a brush under the guidance of the party's introducer. And ask them to be loyal and honest, and seek truth from facts, without any concealment or forgery. The writing should be clear and must not be altered. If there is no content to fill in the items in the "Participation Book for the Party", it should be marked as "None". In the column “What issues need to be explained to the party”, the main questions are those that need to be explained to the party, but not in other columns, or that need to be supplemented for some columns. If the relatives and friends are suspended, detained and interrogated, there are no conclusions and problems.

X. Branch review

XIII. Approval by the party committee

The approval of the party committee must be timely and must be approved within three months of the resolution of the probationary party members reported in the branch. Party committees must adhere to collective discussion and approval, and cannot personally make a final decision.
