We hereby borrow money for money consumption and agree to enter into this loan contract with the consent of both parties:

Article 1 Party A will lend money to RMB _____________ yuan to Party B on ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

Article 2 Party A shall, at the same time as the establishment of this contract, deliver the money in the preceding paragraph to Party B.
