Party A shall apply for a loan of RMB 1 million from Party B on the ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ mortgage. In order to properly handle the related matters of mortgage loans, the parties have fully negotiated and reached the following agreement:

1. After the signing of the loan contract, Party A must obtain the prior written consent of Party B for the transfer, sale, sale, and lease of the mortgaged real estate.

2. In the case of prior Party B's written consent to Party A's disposal of the mortgaged real estate, Party A shall sign the relevant contract with the counterparty and bear the taxes and fees according to law.

3. The contract price shall be notified by Party A to Party B. Party A shall not collect it by itself. After receiving the payment, Party A shall issue a receipt certificate to the counterpart of the contract.

4. After meeting the above conditions, Party A shall handle the transfer of property rights for the contractual counterparty, and Party B shall issue a written certificate agreeing to the division and transfer of property rights.

5. Party A opens a general account with Party B, and all the proceeds from the disposal of the mortgaged real estate are transferred to the account.

6. The account funds shall be used to repay the principal and interest of the loan, and Party B shall conduct special account management, and shall not be used for other purposes without the written consent of Party B.

7. All funds transferred to the account shall be provided with a pledge guarantee for the loan of RMB 1 million. Before the payment of the principal and interest of the loan, Party B shall not handle the account cancellation procedures; Party A shall not transfer the funds of the account to Party A without the written consent of Party B. Other accounts.

8. After the payment of the principal and interest of the loan has been fully settled, this Agreement shall be automatically cancelled.

9. This Agreement shall enter into force on the date of signature by both parties.

X. This Agreement, as part of a mortgage secured loan contract, has the same legal effect as a mortgage secured loan contract.

XI. This Agreement is in quadruplicate. Each Party A and Party B shall hold one copy and report to the competent authority of Party A, ________ County Land and Resources Administration and Party B's competent authority, ________ County Rural Credit Cooperatives Association for the record.
