Fourth, labor compensation and insurance benefits

1. The wages, bonuses, allowances, subsidies, etc. of Party C during the work of Party B shall be treated in the same way as employees of the same level of work of Party B.

2. The medical insurance expenses of Party C during the secondment period shall be paid by Party B according to the standards set by the State.

3. During the secondment period, Party A retains the employee status of Party C and continuously calculates the working age.

4. During the secondment period, in case of salary adjustment, Party A shall assess Party C according to the salary adjustment policy. If it meets the requirements, Party A shall upgrade. After the contract has expired, Party C shall perform the adjustment according to the adjusted salary level.

5. During the secondment period, Party A shall provide housing conditions for Party C.

6. During the secondment period, Party B shall pay the XX staff management fee on a monthly and Party A basis as Party C's insurance fund.
