As the owner of ______________ Talent Service Co., Ltd., Party A agrees that Party B shall be engaged in various talent service businesses as a branch of ______________ Talent Service Co., Ltd. in ________ City ________ City ________ County;

According to relevant laws and regulations, this agreement was reached through friendly consultations between the two sides, so as to jointly abide by them.

1. Party B's rights and obligations

1.1 Party B shall ensure that itself and its customers do not engage in violation of the laws, regulations and policies of the People's Republic of China in the name of ______________People Services Co., Ltd. If Party A causes losses to Party A, Party B shall bear corresponding compensation and legal liabilities. ;

1.2 As the agent of Party A, Party B shall provide customers with good services to establish and maintain the good reputation of Party A when providing talent services to customers. If the customer loses due to Party B's reasons, Party B shall bear the responsibility itself; if Party A causes losses, Party B shall guarantee corresponding compensation.

1.3 Party A's information in this contract is the valid contact basis. If Party B's email, telephone number, address, contact information, etc. change, it shall be notified to Party A by fax in time.

1.4 As the sole agent of the region, Party B must pay Party A the exclusive agency fee for the region when signing the agency contract.

1.5 Party B is obliged to ensure the normal operation of the market. At least _____ customer development must be completed every month within _____ months from the date of signing the contract; at least monthly from the _____ month Complete the development of _____ customers.

2. Party A's rights and obligations

2.1 Continuously improve the agency service system to facilitate and support Party B's agency business.

2.2 Party A has the right to formulate and adjust the agency price according to the market conditions.

2.3 Party B shall pay Party A the exclusive agency fee paid to Party A when signing the agency contract. In any case, Party A and Party B shall terminate the agency agreement and Party A shall have the right not to return it.

2.4 Within _____ months from the date of signing the contract, Party B cannot complete the development of at least _____ customers; from the _____ month, the development of _____ customers cannot be completed every month. Party A has the right to terminate the contract.

3. Settlement terms

3.1 All payments from Party B are paid in an effective manner to the payee designated by Party A.

3.2 On the date of signing the agency contract, Party B shall pay RMB _____ as the prepayment for the regional network recruitment in the region.

3.3 Once the agent has successfully joined, it has the exclusive right to operate Haihe Headhunting in the region, and can attract customers in the region in an unlimited amount. 4. Liability for breach of contract

4.1 Party A shall not accept any form of arrears from Party B except Party A's approval and credit limit. Therefore, if Party B fails to pay the fees on time, it will be considered as a breach of contract. Party A has the right to stop the cooperation with Party B and pursue related responsibilities.

4.2 During the contract period, Party B shall terminate the contract without justifiable reasons, and Party B shall be deemed to have unilateral breach of contract and shall pay Party A a penalty of RMB _____.

4.3 Other breach of contract liability shall be compensated according to the relevant provisions of the Contract Law of the People's Republic of China.

4.4 If Party B seriously violates the provisions of this contract, Party A may notify Party B to terminate its agency right at any time.

5. Disclaimer

Due to force majeure, Party A cannot fulfill the agreement and should not be regarded as a breach of contract.

6. Supplementary

6.1 During the printing or filling process, Party B shall not alter or delete any of the terms of this contract, and the modified contract will be deemed invalid.

6.2 Matters not covered in this contract shall be settled by negotiation between the two parties. The contract subsidiary file has the same legal effect as this contract.

6.3 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the performance of this Agreement shall be settled through friendly negotiation between the parties. If the two parties reach a consensus through negotiation, either party has the right to submit the dispute to the court of competent jurisdiction of Party A.

6.4 This contract is signed by the authorized representatives of both parties in Hangzhou on ___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ After the expiration of this contract, Party B has the right to renew the priority under the same conditions.

6.5 This contract is made in two copies, each party holding one copy, which is signed and sealed by the representatives of both parties.
