6. The date of appraisal of this project is within one month after the completion of the project plan. The form of identification is determined by Party A.
7. Party B shall complete the project tasks according to the quality, quantity and schedule on the basis of the assessment indicators stipulated in this contract. And report the progress of the project year and stage according to the requirements of Party A. Otherwise, Party A has the right to postpone the next grant until the required materials are submitted and resume renewal. After the appraisal of the appendix listed in the fourth form of this contract, Party B shall provide Party A with expert appraisal opinions, project summary report and other relevant information within one month after the project is completed.
8. During the implementation of this contract project, if the research project is deepened and it is found that the project or the original content, indicators, etc. need to be revoked or necessary adjustments or revisions, they must be agreed and signed by both parties. Project contract amendment. In the event of an objective reason or irresistible factor that causes Party B to fail to perform or fails to perform the terms of this contract on time, Party B shall submit a written application to Party A two months before the expiration of the contract, with the consent of Party A. Or modify the relevant terms of this contract. The funds that have not been used after the cancellation of the project and the funds recovered after the purchase of the funds have been returned to Party A.
9. Party B guarantees that the self-raised funds of the project will be in place as scheduled.
10. Party A and Party B must fully implement the provisions of this contract, and neither party may change or terminate this contract without authorization. If Party A fails to perform this contract, the funds allocated shall not be recovered, and the expenses incurred by Party B for the aftermath shall be repaid. If Party B's self-raised funds are still not in place within six months from the effective date of this contract, the contract project has not yet started work or the funds allocated by Party A will be used for other purposes, and the project will be cancelled. Party B will refund all the funds. In addition to the funds allocated by Party A, Party A shall also compensate Party A for the loss of funds according to the time allocated by Party A.
