The agreement is as follows:

1. Obligation of both parties

Party A: Responsible for providing technology, responsible for organizing materials supply, responsible for selling products, and technical guidance.

5. Settlement method

6. Group operation

After Party B becomes the historical unit of the group, it shall participate in the group council as required, and act as the vice chairman unit of the group in order to participate in the production plan, cost verification, and formulation of the group's development strategy.
