1. Party A’s rights and obligations

1. Party A has the right to manage and own the battery car.

2. Party A provides Party B with service battery vehicles and a unified logo.

3. Party A provides service places and routes for Party B.

4. Party A has the right to manage the battery car service, such as standardizing services, determining prices, and penalizing violations.

5. Party A provides parking space and charging power for Party B free of charge, but the electricity fee shall be borne by Party B.

6. Party A has the right to increase the operating vehicles according to the operation conditions, and Party B must unconditionally obey the arrangement and management of Party A.

7. Party A will care for the vehicle for Party B without compensation.

2. Party B’s rights and obligations

8. Party B has the right to use the battery car, but the vehicle must not be handed over to others.

9. Party B must strictly abide by the school rules and regulations.

10. Party B's service is limited to the school and the battery car shall not be taken out of school.

11. If Party B causes a traffic accident, Party A shall not bear any responsibility.

12. Party B shall protect the vehicle and maintain it frequently. If the vehicle is damaged, Party A must promptly inform Party A and promptly maintain and repair it.

13. Party A shall not be responsible for all vehicle expenses of Party B during the contract period.

14. If Party B suspends the contract, Party B must notify Party A one month in advance.

Third, management fees

15. Party B shall pay Party A the mortgage amount of RMB 10,000.

16. Party B shall pay Party A a management fee once a week. The cart is increased by _____ yuan per day on the basis of the original management fee.

17. The contract period is one year, and the bill is charged for 9 months. The payment is subject to Article 2.

18. If you do not operate during the winter and summer vacations, you will be exempt from paying fees. If you need to operate, the management fee will be negotiated separately.

19. If the 80 line enters the school, Party B has the right to terminate the contract. If the parties renew the contract, they will discuss it separately.

20. The car body itself has a malfunction, and Party A is responsible for solving it.
