Accounting practice log

I have been in the company for more than a month. This is not my first internship. I used to be arranged by the teacher in the school. I have been internships in several units, but the new unit is still very nervous. We all know that as an accountant, we must have good professional quality, professional ethics and professional attitude in our work. In this regard, I am very strict with my own requirements. I should not ask if I should not ask. I should not talk about it. On the first day of work, the Minister told me about the rules and regulations of the unit. I have always followed it carefully.

During the internship, I learned that the company was a joint-stock company established by the original Wuxi Huguang Dafa Instrument Co., Ltd. It is a professional company that mainly develops, produces and sells office equipment, projectors, screen products and parts. Built two projector production lines. There are two production lines for the screen, one for the writing board, and so on. It also has a complete set of Fresnel lens production lines such as automatic template lathe and vacuum coating machine, optical cold processing, mechanical stamping, surface treatment and injection molding equipment. The projectors produced include nearly 30 models in three series: reflective, refractive and transmissive. The screen also has an electric remote control screen. There are more than 50 models in the series of bracket curtains and wall hanging screens, and they have their own exclusive patented technology.

For each business, there is a corresponding original certificate. As an accountant, the original voucher should be carefully reviewed and the original voucher that has been reviewed should be registered. Advanced computer network technology enables information systems to realize accounting computerization, management informationization and settlement networking. At present, most of the unit accounting uses accounting computerization, and the school also provides relevant training for each accounting graduate. In the system of entering the unit, my previous knowledge of studying at school was used, so when I registered the transfer certificate, it was relatively smooth.

My position is cost accounting, which is undoubtedly a challenge for a college student who will graduate, and also an opportunity – an opportunity to fully exercise your professional knowledge! Maybe it was a stranger to the post. I didn't have a minister's arrangement at the beginning. I didn't know what I should do. I was in a daze all day at the computer. When the minister arranged me to be familiar with the financial software, I felt that I didn't learn what I learned when I entered the software. What is the difference, so I did not study seriously. I remember that once the minister asked me to check the amount of the current period of a unit, I searched for a long time, and I found it, but I did not report it. At that time, I was deeply I realized that I really have to learn from scratch. I didn't feel discouraged when I made a mistake, and I got up where I fell.

During the period, I also learned to open the VAT invoice, the process of learning is certainly not smooth, open the wrong unit, open the wrong amount, miss the contract number, invoice position adjustment, etc., all the small links, resulting in invalidation of the invoice. After a period of practice, I am basically familiar with the unit's anti-counterfeiting invoicing system. It is not difficult to open a VAT invoice now. The above mistakes are all caused by carelessness. This is not allowed for a qualified accountant. Our unit not only opened VAT invoices, but also opened export invoices. In the export invoices, the mistake I made was mainly to open the wrong date. The Minister reminded me several times that I could make the same mistake every time. I feel very guilty. Make sure you don't make similar mistakes later.

During the internship, the Minister patiently taught that whenever I asked some small questions, I always patiently explained. Sometimes I felt that I was very strange, but the Minister still taught me until I really understood. This makes me more confident in my work. The quality of work is actually related to the working environment. The working environment is mainly interpersonal relationship. These days, I feel everyone's relationship and encouragement to me. My work is very happy and very relaxed, but I have not relaxed myself in spirit. Sometimes when the office’s Wang accountant goes out to run the bank, it will also bring me, which is also an exercise for me. Two days ago, when the minister arranged me to file tax returns, I suddenly felt that I was already a real accountant. I hope that the Minister can arrange more similar work in the future. I promise to work hard to do it well.

In the office, sometimes I saw the minister busy, I have many times to help, but I don’t know how to help, because of the lack of professional knowledge and the lack of work experience, I can only play occasionally. Let me gradually notice the prudence and importance of the work of accountants, and I feel the pressure. I will not back down in the face of such pressure.

I can now say aloud that I have prepared for a better job in the future, waiting for the minister's arrangement, waiting for the minister to test my ability. In the future work, I intend to strengthen my knowledge of foreign trade accounting. Learning, better adapting to the unit accounting work, but also making up for the lack of knowledge in this area, but also hope that the minister can teach me some foreign trade accounting knowledge as before, I must study hard.
