I think the student union will not only become a platform for cultivating students' ability to organize and coordinate. Now that we have outlined our vision for future growth, the next work layout is around its core. I believe that we must uphold the three-point principle: rectification and development, regulation and cooperation, and paving the way.

First, the principal's reception day

Continue to work hard to do the work of the principal's reception day and enable it to form a regular brand reception day.

In fact, the Principal Reception Day and the large-scale singing competition have always been strong projects of the Student Union . In the case of large-scale competitions, the results of the Student Union are obvious to all. I have invited Foshan No. 1 Middle School, Foshan No. 2 Middle School, Foshan No. 4 Middle School, and Rongshan Middle School to visit our school and have received sincere evaluations from all aspects. However, there was no news after the school day was held only once. There are many reasons for this, so I will not repeat them here. Now let's take a look at the importance and feasibility of it.

Widely listen to the opinions of students and create a democratic atmosphere

The school day is a platform that reflects the school's democratic atmosphere and serves the students. This not only shows the principal's personal style, but also provides the intention basis for the school leaders to make scientific decisions.

Expanding the school administration and the credibility of the student union

The student union is both the loyal eye of the principal and the rational mouthpiece of the classmate. The school will provide an open hearing environment, so the school’s determination to execute or deny must be timely and determined! With the guidance of the school, the student union can be resounded among the students, which is the most powerful means to improve credibility.

Establish "I am a three-person"

On the school day, I hope to strive to use the square culture to expand its influence. So that all three people can participate. Every point of view is a kind of enrichment of the school. Listening is clear, and partial listening is dark. What we need is not only the personal experience and the publication of sincere suggestions. What we need more is to establish a three-centre spirit of unity and mutual help, and to learn and love each other!

In the final analysis, only the promotion of a virtuous circle of learning atmosphere, continuous improvement of the quality of running schools and the growth of students is the fundamental purpose of all activities.

Then I will briefly talk about the feasibility of the school day. In a word: If you want to do it, you can do it!

If the square-style school day is successfully held, the good results it receives are considerable. This is also some thinking that I hope to value and deepen student activities.

Second, promote the preparation and integration of the Youth League Student Union

In the time of the student union 's work, it can be said that many lessons have been learned from constant small setbacks or small successes. I grew up in the forging of studying life. Have deep feelings for the student organization. So I have never interrupted thinking about her. And there are three blueprints in my heart.

1. Serve the classmates. Advocate an idea and do a few real things.

2. Improve and deepen the internal system of the Student Union . Reform and innovation, unremittingly promote the integration of the Youth League Student Union , and make it a strong organization that unites and cooperates and standardizes development.

3. Actively promote the “Foshan Student Union”, establish the image of a strong university, and move towards an excellent student organization with style and temperament. This point has reached consensus in one, two, four, and Rongshan Middle Schools.

Mao Zedong said: Clean the house and ask the guests again. This means that the organization is clear and the institutions and mechanisms are healthy and developed, so that they can serve the school and classmates more effectively. Therefore, I think the second one is fundamental. The three-point principle of the opening and "competition and cooperation" is concentrated in terms of the preparation and integration of the Youth League of the Communist Youth League, and the election and development.

To be honest, the integration of the Youth League and the Student Union is something I dreamed of. Most of the cadres of the Students' Union did not understand "why should be united with the Youth League Committee," but I think this is indeed a good thing for self-interested schools.

The Youth League of the Communist Youth League has always had some minor contradictions, and both sides have its practices and persistence. Lack of necessary understanding and communication, so it will lead to some more confusing ideas. It’s a good thing to do it if you’ve been able to integrate smoothly. Strong combination of strengths - is conducive to a stronger fighting force; conducive to solidarity, pioneering and enterprising; conducive to standardized and unified development.

The three "favorables" have pointed out the direction of struggle for us, but there are also three difficulties that come into being.

How to appease old group members, recruit and train new people

The Youth League of the Communist Youth League has high school cadres. They have the experience, the ability, and can guide the freshman freshman to take the lead. But there are also cadres who are ready to quit or who are not responsible. For this group of students, eight words - can stay and stay, if you go, then caress. Try to retain students with strong sense of responsibility and ability to organize and coordinate, and actively recruit students who are capable of driving in the second year of high school; if they are ready to withdraw or are not ready to stay, they can hold a meeting to appease. They have worked hard for the Youth League Student Union for a year. I suggest that the outstanding cadres should be commended and appropriate credits awarded at the Youth League Committee.

Send the old people to meet the new students. Among the cadres who have been retained, they choose to take the lead. Let the freshmen out of the class take the deputy. This not only cultivates the experience and ability of the new force, but also motivates them to improve their enthusiasm; eases the backbone of the new squad, and lays the foundation for the next cadre strength.

Construction and improvement of the student union system of the Youth League Committee

I have always regarded it as a key task in the construction and improvement of the system. The 07th Student Union elaborated the "Foshan Third Middle School Student Union Charter", but I think there are still many things that need to be supplemented and refined, and the deepening of the work needs to be done.

Many classmates and teachers will think: What do small primary school students do with so many things? Just exercise your skills. I have a negative attitude. There is no sound rules and regulations that point us to the direction of development and constrain our student cadres. This cannot be a student organization that is normative, efficient, advertised, and disciplined. So, what are we talking about?

The most important preparatory work before the establishment of the 07th Student Union was the establishment of the Constitution, although its details were far from enough. Because of this, the next task is to clarify discipline in the charter, clarify the distribution of powers and responsibilities, and clarify the accountability system. After the above work, it is necessary to look at the management of the executives of the "Articles of Association".

Third, the new thinking for preparing for the election work and changing the connection work

The leader is the soul of an organization. The secretary of the Communist Youth League and the chairman are also the soul of the student union of the Youth League Committee. After one year of work, the work is unimpeded. If you choose not, you may repeat the same mistakes. In a word, the work of the Youth League Committee can not be defeated at this level.

I have the following suggestions for the election method and the transition work:

Election diversity

The diversity of elections is to ensure the multi-source and diversity of talent. According to the personality characteristics of each person or the needs of ability performance, the various pre-selections can not only mobilize the enthusiasm of the candidates from all sides.

And its rigor and layering will gradually emerge. The variety of pre-selections not only demonstrates the talents of the candidates, but also provides multi-level support for our correct selection. Below, a simple three-step pre-selection form is listed:

1. Discussion

This part is mainly a basic understanding of the candidates. For example: Personal profile? Why is it like a student union ? What do you know about the three? This establishes an impression of the candidates and their values. This will increase the affinity of the elections, ensure that the source of the compound talents is broad, and enhance the understanding and communication of the students. On the other hand, we will proceed to formulate detailed and rigorous pre-selection rules and re-examination assessment standards, so that the following links can be relied upon and proceed smoothly.

2, pre-selected display

This is the most important part. The jury consisting of five judges will fully demonstrate their demeanor, knowledge, insights and talents for the comprehensive examination of the candidates. This is our regular selection method. It needs to be stated that it must be scored according to strict and detailed rules.

3. Re-examination

Through the first two rounds of assessment, we have drawn a clear score. This round is to be further screened to ensure that the conditions of the candidates are in line with the standards and are included in the comprehensive consideration.

Prepare for the election, hold in advance

Pre-selection work is precise and will inevitably take a long time. Preparing for the election is to win more time for us. Win three periods: the time of pre-selection, the time to get the most advanced talents in the grade, and the time after the election.

Explain two points: 1. Talent is the vitality of the organization. Grades need to be selected, they are generally older than us, and elite talents must be diverted. The strength of the third and second grade clubs is strong and able to compete. This is the point. 2. It takes time to work after the election, outreach work and cumbersome handover.

Therefore, I think that the "Group Committee Student Congress" will be held as early as possible. To compete for enough time for yourself, it is obvious that the Youth League Committee is standardized and calm.

Ensuring that the elected talents are elites - the development of publicity and research work

In the elections and competitions, the propaganda offensive must be done in order to attract talents. In the election, it is important to ensure fairness, justice and openness. It will not only improve the transparency of the Youth League Committee, but also avoid criticism. It is for publicity.

What is research? It is to review after repeated pre-tests. The advice of the class teacher and classmates was mainly to assess the student's character morality and to reflect the concept of democratic election.

Responsible attitude towards the transition

I am so cautious about the issue of elections, mainly because I think I have to make a good start and the 2007 session has suffered a lot in this respect.

As for the transitional work, we must do a good job. The new chairman of the Youth League Committee will take a long walk to promote the transfer of work arrangements and outreach work. This can avoid situations due to lack of experience, interpersonal problems, poor administration and negligent work arrangements. Such a student union of the Youth League Committee is dedicated to the outside world and is responsible for the outside world. Let the new student union be graceful and steadily moving towards the normative road.

4. Suggestions for the new Youth League Committee Student Union

For the new session, some simple suggestions for my idea. The main implementation of the following three principles of work and ten work recommendations.

2. To compete for honors for the school, and to promote learning for the students;

1. Strive to refine and deepen the "Articles of Association", establish a sound system and flexible mechanisms and implement it unswervingly;

2. Establish a department with healthy development and complete functions;

3. Deepen the spirit of cohesion - I am a third person and improve work efficiency;

4. Deepen the refinement of research work, and do a good job of backing up data and pre-conference notification work;

5. Establish regular, standardized and multi-level work meetings;

6. Improve the transparency of the Youth League Committee Student Union and provide timely feedback;

7. Develop a democratic spirit, people-oriented, and harmonious activities;

8, create brand activities, brand organization;

9. Invite teachers and students to set up an advisory group to provide advice and suggestions for us to establish a personal network for the smooth organization of activities;

10. Establish a grade-level action group in consultation with the grade level, no longer set up a student union , and assign its power to the management of only one group committee student union .
