Time flies, the years are like a shuttle, and in a blink of an eye, a semester is about to end. At the same time, the work of our department in this semester ended more satisfactorily. Since November of this semester, our department has kept in mind the principle of “serving the majority of students”. Under the care and guidance of the director, secretary and leaders, all members of our department are united and actively carry out their duties and conscientiously implement departmental duties. And the goal, the work has received the active cooperation and support of the various committees, so that the work of our department has achieved good results, but also successfully completed the work. Please allow me to do a summary of the work of this semester on behalf of this department:

First, recruit talent

1 In order to have more sufficient strength to complete the work of the Discipline Inspection Department, our department selected a group of excellent students with strong working ability and service awareness from October 26 to October 28 in the form of registration and screening. Fourth, internal management

1 Regular departmental meetings are held every week. Every meeting is every harvest. During the meeting, the members of the department actively talked about the recent work situation and some problems encountered in the work, and everyone discussed the solution together. This proves that we are a united and progressive team. Of course, the focus of the regular meeting is to find problems and solve problems. It can be said that every regular meeting of our department has played its practical role, more and more perfect discipline inspection regulations, and an increasingly orderly school inspection system.

2 Through the semester, the relationship between departments is getting deeper and deeper. In doing each job, each member cooperates with each other, transmits information to each other, and exerts the spirit of the team. Sometimes, even if one person cannot be present, the other will be replenished in time to ensure the work.

3 During this phase, members of our department got a lot of exercise. The addition of new officers this semester has made our department more dynamic and the work of the committee members has become more convenient. The new officers have met many friends, broadened their horizons, sharpened their own character, and exercised their ability to work. His life has been sublimated.

4 Our department actively participates in various activities of our department. Relax while interacting with other departments during the event. Improve efficiency and enhance work enthusiasm. At the same time, strengthen ties with the fraternal departments, unite and help each other, work together to enhance emotional exchanges, and promote the development of the General Student Union.

V. Problems at work

1 The problem of understanding and understanding the work of the Student Union General Assembly needs further unification of ideas, further raising awareness, accurately understanding each work, and enhancing the awareness of the overall situation of our department, which will further improve the work level of our department.

2 The attitude of our members and the new officers at work needs to be improved. Our department must work in accordance with the rules and regulations, correct its own attitude, and use our sincerity to let everyone feel the sincere service attitude of our department. Since the new day, time has passed away. We have gained training and experience in working and living together, and we have also gained precious friendships. We have many shortcomings in our work, but we have devoted our enthusiasm and responsibility to the 28 people in our work. No matter whether others evaluate our work, we have no regrets. Pay and work hard! I think that in the next 2019, the direction of the discipline inspection department should have the following points:

I. Further improve the internal staff of the Discipline Inspection Department and adhere to a pragmatic and efficient work style.

"There is no gold in the red, no one is perfect." Each of us has more or less shortcomings of one kind or another. As long as we can find them in time and treat them correctly, then we are also qualified and competent. Sometimes desire is another motivation for success, but how to treat desires and use power correctly will be a very important and realistic issue for our students. The original intention of all of us is to train ourselves. The organization and leadership, as well as the ability of social practice, so we must correct our position, we must not be more arrogant, but we must not use power for personal gains. We should strictly demand ourselves, take the lead in model, dare to adhere to principles, and actively seek legitimate interests for our students. Being able to handle and coordinate the interests of various affairs, and ultimately achieve mutual benefit and win-win! This requires us to focus on strengthening our moral ethics and raising the level of ideological awareness. Only we have met the requirements in terms of thought and morality. At the same time of perfecting ourselves, we can raise the work of our discipline inspection department to a new height!

Second: further strengthen the working methods and attitudes of internal members

As the saying goes: The shortcut to success is the combination of the right approach and a good attitude! Any job has a corresponding set of working methods, and only by mastering this kind of work can it stand out in the same industry. Our work as a student also looks like this.
