It’s another year of spring and green, and it’s a season!

Recalling the past year, the Shandong Communications College Press Group has achieved gratifying results with the joint efforts of all members. Looking forward to the future, we are more confident in improving the group's own quality and promoting the culture of the hospital!

New year, new weather; new year, new journey; new year, new development; new year, new meaning! In the new year, the press delegation will focus on the following tasks:

First, adjust the internal organization structure of the optimized press group

1. Streamline internal members. According to the performance of the group members, the positive degree of submission and the value orientation of the group, the staff will be streamlined and the elites will be retained to improve the overall quality and cohesiveness of the reporters.

2. Appropriate new and powerful members. A new announcement was issued in each department, and 3 people in each department were restricted. If there is more than one quantity, you can choose according to the test and choose the appropriate one.

3. Further improve the group leadership system. We will do a good job in communication and collaboration among leaders, and establish a good relationship between the top and bottom, so that we can perform their duties. The main leaders should take the lead in guiding, supervising and reminding.

4. Implement a division of responsibility system. The interview department and the writing department established a relatively stable scope of work. Doing interviews, writing, proofreading, duty, school newspapers, etc., the division of labor is relatively clear.

Second, increase the internal study and exchange activities of the press group

1. Regular professional study. Employ or invite professional instructors to give lectures to improve the personal writing standards and overall strength of the members of the group; appropriate time-limited simulation training such as interviewing, writing, proofreading, and writing. The sensitivity of the members of the training group to the discovery of information and multi-angle thinking ability.

2. Regular submission system. The internal members of the press group have at least one manuscript per week, and strictly request the quality of the manuscript to achieve archival records. Plagiarism and coping are strictly prohibited.

3. Appropriate rewards. Appropriate assessment of members of the group, appropriate rewards and poster recognition.

4. Focus on the development of the second class. Appropriate activities such as the tea party and spring tour of the members of the group will be held to enrich the after-school life of the members of the press group and the cohesiveness of the group.

Third, vigorously explore the culture of publicity and hospitality

1. In-depth details. The leaders of the regiment promptly reminded the members of the group to go deep into the details of the study, life and work of the candidates. Multi-angle, three-dimensional thinking, explore the culture of the hospital.

2. For the whole school to submit a manuscript. Appropriately carry out the school report draft month, then evaluate, correct, and study the manuscripts, select excellent works, and publish them in magazines.

3. Further strengthen communication with foreign brothers and universities. You can carry out mutual learning week, interactive exchange of friendship month, etc., to learn the strengths and classics of the external school. When communicating, we must pay attention to building our own brand invisibly, and pay special attention to establishing the brand of the correspondent reporter!

4. Communicate important people. Further strengthen communication with school-level leaders, and keep abreast of the opinions, opinions, ideas, and trends of the school leaders. Appropriately strengthen communication with famous people outside the school and famous departments to provide timely and useful off-campus information. Such as alumni, various TV stations, etc.

Fourth, other

There are new opportunities and new challenges in the new semester, but any difficulty can't help us. We will only be the best exercise in our progress. In the new semester, we have made the best answer with practical actions. The following is a brief introduction to the work plan of the Ministry of Life this semester:

1. Economically difficult classmates work

The work of economically difficult students is the top priority of our work. In response to this, the identification of students with financial difficulties in the current semester, exchanges with students with financial difficulties, and understanding of their latest information to build a file of economically difficult students will be carried out in an orderly manner. Especially the psychological counseling for students with financial difficulties is the top priority of our semester work. Therefore, we will have a special psychological lecture in this semester to provide all-round support and help to people with financial difficulties. In the course of our work, we will strictly follow the spirit of the leadership archives and give full play to the opinions of the assessment teams of the economically difficult class in each class. Due to the special nature of the work of economically difficult students, we will do our utmost to do a good job of bridges between teachers and classmates, improve some of the current deficiencies, and serve the students wholeheartedly.

2. Student loan work

The Ministry of Life and Welfare, focusing on the word "diligence", we, as the logistics support department of the school, have the responsibility and obligation to solve the problem of studying. As the national student loan policy is still being implemented further, last year our department had sufficient experience in student loan, and we held a lecture on student loans outside the province. Therefore, we will continue to actively cooperate with teachers to help the most. Students who have the willingness to lend, let them make good use of this road to help them solve their worries. Student loans need to be closely linked to each other. Any mistake in one process will result in the failure of student loans. Therefore, in the current semester, we must summarize the various aspects of the loan while summing up the previous work experience. Only in this way can we Make a satisfactory answer. This semester will continue to hold professional knowledge lectures for students with financial difficulties twice to solve various problems encountered during the loan process and possible problems.

3. Work-study work

The purpose of the work-study job is to provide a platform for students with special difficulties in family economy to exchange their own labor for remuneration and solve some of the economic pressures in daily life. In the new semester, we will continue to adhere to the concept of serving the students wholeheartedly in the determination of the number of places for work-study, health inspection, and payment of wages, ensuring that every student and student can enjoy the work. And the fun of learning. In the daily health inspection process of work-study, we still insist on scoring and storing the work-study health results every day, as the basis for the bi-week work-study routine. In addition to this, I have to keep a regular understanding of the information in the computer room and office classmates. Because these students can't directly understand the work situation, but they are also part of our work-study class, so we have to have a comprehensive work for their work. Only by knowing can we give a fair score to the results of all work-study students.
