2019 University Student Union's Department of Work Planning
The Student Union is a service department established to create a comfortable and safe student living environment for all students. First, regular work
Standardize the discipline of late bedtime, ensure the safety of students, prevent a series of unsafe hidden dangers caused by late bedtime and nighttime staying, and the hospital management department will strictly observe the routines, further improve students' self-management ability, and cultivate people in a clean environment. Train people with strict management and help people with careful service.
1. The work of this semester is based on the principle of "two basics" and "three scratches"

c. Unscheduled inspection of bedroom gambling and the phenomenon of bedtime between men and women.
d. The results of each daily inspection are summarized, and the qualification rate and the non-conformity rate of each department are calculated in proportion to the department of the Logistics Service Center, and the excellent dormitory and the unqualified dormitory are notified to the whole hospital.
Second, the dormitory culture construction
1. In order to improve the enthusiasm of the students, improve the ideology of the students, and let the students have a comfortable and warm bedroom life, the Department of Housing Management will hold a bedroom design competition, and the collection of slogans.
2. In order to give the students a model role, they will also conduct random inspections of the dormitory of the student union cadres.

Third, the internal work system construction
