The arrival of the new school year has made the work of broadcasting stations more challenging. In order to further improve the quality of the festival, strengthen the propaganda of radio stations, expand the influence of radio stations in schools, better serve the students, comprehensively improve the quality of students, and establish a healthy and lively campus culture atmosphere. :

I. Recruitment New recruits in this school year will also use the combination of posters and propaganda clips to publicize the department, and at the same time open up special topics to provide a platform for recruiting new departments of other departments of the Student Union . The recruitment situation of the broadcasting station is as follows:

1. The Broadcasting Department will openly recruit in the form of an interview, and select several members with high broadcasting level and strong adaptability.

2. The editorial department will openly recruit in the form of an interview, and select several members with good writing skills and strong editing ability. It is the first time that recruitment editors are at the radio station. This change was made in consideration of the increase in the sound column, the improvement in the quality of the broadcast, and the pressure on the announcer to collect and edit the edited materials.

Second, job responsibilities

1. Continue to adopt the system of duty stationmasters to strengthen supervision and guidance of programs. The stationmaster is responsible for the overall work of the radio station, coordinating the work of various departments, adjusting the relevant staffing, holding regular meetings, summing up the experience and lessons of the radio station in a timely manner, collecting opinions from all quarters, starting the overall planning role, and doing a good job in the daily work of the radio station.

2. Broadcasting Department: Responsible for all-day broadcasting work, each program group can play the talents of the team members, flexibly design specific content within the scope of school permission and health, and pay attention to the comprehensive improvement of its own broadcasting literacy.

3. Editorial Department: Review and edit the published news articles, edit and collect the manuscripts of the broadcasting station, and ensure that the manuscripts can be provided every day. Supervise the content of the program to avoid the appearance of repeated themes in the short term.

Third, daily work

1, broadcast time. Since the school's 7th and 8th classes are 18:00, considering the broadcaster's time schedule and broadcast listening rate, the afternoon broadcast time will be changed from 17:30-18:10 to 18:00-18: 30. Therefore, the broadcast time of the new school year is from 12:00 to 12:30 and 18:00-18:30 from Monday to Friday. Although the broadcast time in the afternoon has been reduced, it contributes to the exquisiteness of the program and the quality of the broadcast.

2. Column settings. In this school year, we decided to adjust the radio program and set up a fixed large section every day. The announcer played its own strengths under the playing section and adjusted the specific content of the program. At present, the specific section of the radio station is Monday's "information storm", which covers hot issues and entertainment information that students are widely concerned about. Tuesday is a "music tour" with a variety of music and musicians. Wednesday is a "sportsmanship", which covers major sports events, sports figures and sports news. Thursday is "Life Wide Angle", paying attention to the bits and pieces of life from different angles. Friday is “freedom of demeanor”, ​​and the content is independently deployed by editors and broadcasters. As a summary and comprehensive program, it is more flexible. In addition, program adjustments under special circumstances are conducted under the guidance of the Ministry of Education and the Communist Youth League.
