Fourth grade class work summary
My class is the second class of the fourth grade, there are 76 people, the students are 10-12 years old, the level of thinking is different, the overall quality is slightly lower, and the class work is relatively difficult. However, with the joint efforts of teachers and students, my class successfully completed all the tasks of this semester. In order to better do my future work, I will summarize the class work of this semester as follows.
First, further strengthening ideological and political education has created a good class atmosphere. In the past six months, according to the education work plan of the school's Young Pioneers Brigade, I have actively carried out patriotic education on the characteristics of middle-aged students, cultivated students' good behavioral norms, and received remarkable results. First of all, at the beginning of the school, we will seize the favorable opportunity of upgrading and use the class to conduct political and ideological education for all the students, so that every student can quickly transform from the sloppy holiday and the irregular life to the normal life of the national students. Inspired the students' positive and ideology, formed a good class style of "unity, pragmatism, positive, and contending", and enhanced the class cohesiveness; in addition, combined with the positive and negative cases around the students, carefully analyzed and analyzed their right and wrong, summed up their Lessons, learn from their experiences, guide students to self-education, and perfect themselves; finally, use the weekly flag-raising ceremony to educate the class on patriotism, civility, and politeness, and from the students’ every move, words and deeds. Second, with the help of the subject teaching position, the subtle moral education of students has improved the students' comprehensive moral qualities.
The education of small and medium-sized schools is mainly to develop education. Whether a person can develop good behavior habits and noble ideology and morality lies in the education of the national minority stage, especially the low-level education. Students' good thoughts and behaviors are not formed overnight, but through every thing, every activity, every lesson, and long-term edification. In recent years, I have focused on the development of daily behavioral norms. Taking classroom life as the main body and taking regular training as the main line, I have strengthened the education on the basic behavioral norms of students' classroom discipline, routine, courtesy, health and labor. Fourth, attach importance to the contact with parents, two-way management of children.
