2012 class management work summary

First, scientific management, emotional penetration.

In the class management, I actively coordinate the interpersonal relationship between teachers and students, and do the "intimate friends" and the trustworthy "life guide" in the students' minds. I abide by the spirit of science, adhere to the correct concept of students, guide students through democratic management class collectives, enhance the transparency of class management, and maximize the incentives for students to participate in class management consciously, actively and actively. The host, I have repeatedly cheered her up, and even personally helped her write lines and accompany her to practice. Second, emphasize practice, teach and educate people.

In class management, teaching and educating people simultaneously, I pay more attention to infiltrating moral education in activities, strictly demanding students, helping students to develop good learning habits, serious and meticulous, good character and healthy personality. Classes with "citizen ethics" and "code of conduct" as the main content are often organized, and they are entertaining and entertaining. Students are encouraged to participate collectively and receive education together. Organizing students to carry out social practice activities, so that students have increased their knowledge, improved their social practice ability, enhanced the collective cohesiveness, cultivated students' basic moral concepts, and achieved good social effects. In response to the waste of students' big hands and feet, I told the students to see the pictures and pictures of the children in the impoverished mountainous areas who were forced to drop out of school because they could not afford to read the books. At the same time, I found a few poor students in the class to let them talk about how they saved every penny to buy books and buy stationery, and called on the students to help them. Under my initiative, the class established the "Love Foundation", and the phenomenon of class classmates was also significantly reduced. In the process of helping others, the students also enjoyed the fun of helping others. In addition, I am still working on a motto in my class. Bring the study of traditional virtues into the classroom and integrate into life. Use 5 minutes of morning reading and 5 minutes of noon every day to read the motto, so that students can establish lofty aspirations and cultivate noble character. In conjunction with the relevant festivals, students will organize a series of educational activities: such as “Hand in Hand Hope Project”, love activities, Mother’s Day “I am doing housework for mothers” activities, “Friendly Neighbors” activities at the beginning of the school, etc. Active students' interest in learning, students gradually develop good thinking behaviors, and the style of study is good.

Fourth, the shortcomings and the direction of future efforts

We have achieved some results in the hard work and struggle of the teachers of the whole group, and we have also found our own shortcomings: “One point of hard work, one point of harvest” and “there is a reward for paying”.

The quality of teaching narrative and teaching reflection I have written this semester needs to be improved, and the reflection is not deep enough. The lack of targeted teaching ideas and suggestions for improvement in operability are reflected in the reflection. The reasons for this: First, I did not calm down seriously. Rethinking your own class, the second is the urgent need to charge learning, improve the level of teaching theory. In the next semester, I will read more education publications, write more reflections on teaching to further improve the quality of the theory, and use theory to guide and arm our practice. The basic skills of the lectures and evaluations among the teachers in the group still need to be improved. The three questions are still lacking in the direction of the lectures, the preparations before the lectures, and the essentials to be observed during the lectures. More than staying at the point, failed to comprehensively analyze the class.
