One. Specific work:

1. At the beginning of the school year, conduct a one-month "legal, discipline, and safety" education activity for students.

1. Strengthen ideological education.

Ideological education is the focus of class management, which determines the development of students' learning, life behaviors and behavioral habits. Therefore, from the beginning of the school, I will use all available opportunities to strengthen the development of students' thoughts and behaviors, and strengthen the ideological education of students in class meetings and self-study classes. Moreover, treating students not only must pay attention to their achievements, but also pay attention to the shaping of their ideological quality. Therefore, the class motto we have developed is “learning to be a person, learning to learn, learning to fight hard”, not only to pay attention to the improvement of ability, but also to pay attention to students. 2. Form a competent class committee to strengthen and help class cadres to do class management.

Through democratic elections, students are encouraged to recruit students who are enthusiastic about class work and management skills, encourage and guide them to actively participate in class management, so that they can play an exemplary role in their respective positions. The learning atmosphere of “relaxation, harmony, cooperation and democracy” is the prerequisite for students to establish learning confidence, actively participate in the learning process, and experience their own success. After the monthly examination, in addition to focusing on cultivating the "top students" who have the competitiveness of the joint examination, I also increased my concern for students with difficulties. First, encourage and help them build confidence in learning. Second, set up a "one-on-one" study group to help promote the progress of students with learning difficulties. Again, different learning methods are assigned to different students, and different requirements are given to different students. These will help motivate the students to be positive and improve the overall performance of the class .

4. Conduct class activities to enhance class cohesion.

1 The weekly class will be interrupted by the class cadres in turn, and some literary activities will be carried out to promote the atmosphere and enhance understanding. 2Using self-study during the week, some activities such as basketball games and tug-of-war competitions will be held between classes to enhance class cohesion.

3. Main results:

After the hard work of the teachers and the whole class, we have achieved satisfactory results in our class in the half-semester.

1. The first monthly exam, our class won the first place in the first class.

2. "Celebration of National Day" poetry readings, Sun Shaoliang and Wang Teng of our class won the first place in the grade.

4. Problems existing:

I am very pleased with the achievement of the results. Of course, there are still some shortcomings in class management.

1. Some students' learning objectives are not clear, and the learning attitude is not correct, and needs to be further strengthened.

2. The requirements of the students are all in one size, and the differences between the students cannot be well understood.

3. The method of cultivating students' interests is not in place and can not mobilize the interest of some students.

4. There is not enough talk with the students to understand the students in all aspects.

V. Future work goals and efforts:

1. Improve the working methods and methods, emphasize the art of work, change the single, and only seek efficient work methods.

2. At work, we must recognize the differences between each student, persevere, and emotionally, so that students have a strong interest in learning and gradually improve their academic performance.
