I. Hazard management of electrical equipment

In the second step, according to the unified requirements of the Ministry of Energy, a project proposal was prepared for each reported electrical hazard project. First of all, the technicians of the operation and maintenance unit Taiyi Company will understand the previous operation of the device, the existing problems, the failures, and the reasons for the need for governance in the proposal. Secondly, through the collection of information by all parties, understand the current state of the art of the device, and propose our rectification proposals and technical solutions.

In the first half of the year, the following six project proposals were declared: one combined high-relay relay protection device update project, two combined ups device update project, one combined high-parallel capacitor update, total drop switchgear update project, 1, 2# main transformer And the second joint 7,8# distribution change project, the inverter pump anti-shake modification project. At present, there is a joint high-relay relay protection device update and two joint ups device update project. A joint high-parallel capacitor update has completed the preparation of detailed technical solutions, and is implemented after the approval of the Ministry of Mobile Energy, and the following three projects need to be The company strives.

In the first half of the year, the work center was the development of a joint high-relay relay protection device renewal project. The project involves the power supply system of the business unit and is the key device of the electrical system. The technical plan has been carefully and carefully prepared. The design of the project was designed by a company's expert center. In the selection of relay protection device equipment, it takes a lot of trouble. Our total drop 35kv system and 6kv system are protected by the US sel company, and its background monitoring and measurement system is based on Shenzhen Zhongdian Company. From the uniformity of equipment, the continuity of technology and the convenience of maintenance and use, it is a better choice to continue to use the US sel protection device and the back-end system of Shenzhen CLP. However, according to the unified requirements of the group company, the relay protection device must be uniformly tendered, and the result of the tendering may not be unified with the total protection system. After bidding, it was finally won by Beijing's Corestone. It uses the equipment of the French Areva company, and the back-end system uses the background monitoring system developed by the company. As a result, there are two different protection devices in our relay protection system. Two different background monitoring systems put forward higher technical requirements for our maintenance operation. The current design work has basically ended. The materials are being submitted and preparations are made before construction.

Followed by the update of the completed two joint ups device. From the project proposal, to the topic application, to the device selection, the equipment contract has been completed. The original ups power supply unit has been used for nearly 10 years, and the equipment is seriously aging, which affects the stable operation of the device. After the update, it can eliminate a major hidden danger of the equipment operation.

Third, we also conduct investigations, declarations, and related technical preparations for other electrical hazards. Such as the total drop switch cabinet handcart, a combined capacitor cabinet, two combined transformers and other electrical hazards. Once you have the opportunity, you can quickly implement it.

Second, the maintenance and operation of electrical equipment.

In the first half of the year, we strengthened the maintenance and repair of electrical equipment to ensure the integrity of the equipment. Handle problems and problems with the equipment immediately. Serious analysis was carried out on some equipment that has failed many times, and strive to completely solve the problems of the equipment.

In the first half of the year, for the 1# main transformer oil spill situation, the relevant construction forces were immediately organized, and the gaskets on both sides of the radiator were replaced. We worked overtime and completed the inspection and operation in just two days. Completely eliminate the hidden danger of 1# main change and ensure safe operation. For the problem that the fuse-failure and quick-break protection of the total drop-out capacitor are frequently operated, we separately solve the problem. The capacitors that caused the fuse to be blown were replaced with the capacitors. At the same time, the problem of protection operation was carefully analyzed. Finally, it was finally found that when the protection setting calculation was performed, the capacity of the capacitor device was calculated to be less than half. The protection value is reduced by half, so that the protection action is frequent. To this end, we have recalculated and issued a fixed value notice with the new rating. After the protection settings were modified, no similar failures occurred.

For example, the primary insurance of the voltage transformer of the total drop is prone to fuse, and the voltage transformer cabinet needs to be pulled out when the insurance is replaced, and the related protection is disabled, and the operation risk is large. When dealing with this fault, I did not simply replace the insurance, but analyzed what caused the fuse of the fuse to fuse. After consulting the data, I learned that the grid resonance, causing the transformer core to saturate, resulting in fuse fuse. On the basis of understanding the cause of the failure, it is targeted in solving the problem. We installed the pt harmonic elimination device on the two sections with a total drop of 35kv. From the effect of use, there is no phenomenon that the transformer is fused once.

There are still many electrical equipment maintenance and maintenance work carried out in the first half of the year. As a equipment management technician, I not only require management to install relevant management regulations to complete various tasks. At the same time, it also technically investigates and analyzes various equipment failures, instructs inspection and maintenance personnel to deal with them, and solves problems from a more fundamental basis.

Third, electrical equipment management

In the first half of the year, we implemented various management systems and procedures through various forms of supervision and inspection. This year, the patrol inspection of the total descending device is carried out on a regular basis every week, and the inspection of the running squad is carried out. Regular monthly equipment inspections are carried out to deal with the problems and hidden dangers. At the same time, through inspection, supervise the running team to do the equipment operation and maintenance work.

Seriously implement the "three three two five" system. To further promote the electronic work of the three maps, a special contract was signed with the expert center to confirm that the "three maps" electronic document will be completed next month. According to the requirements of the three requirements, the preparation of the three fixed plans was completed, the preparatory work for the “three-set” was carried out, and the “three-set” work of electrical equipment was carried out in the second half of the year.
