I am responsible for planning work in the Propaganda Department, and I participated in two plannings in this issue. There are many places that are not well considered and require the guidance of the director. The second plan is the planning of the civil engineering emblem collection activity on December 2, 2019. Through this planning, I personally feel that the planning written has matured a lot, but there are still some places that are not considered comprehensively, carefully, and not rich in experience. Therefore, whether the planner's organizational ability is strong will directly affect the results of the event planning.

Insight ability means that the planner can comprehensively, correctly and deeply analyze the ability to understand objective phenomena. The curator's insight has a direct impact on the quality of the planning results. The planner should have the ability to view the overall situation and comprehensive analysis, and have the ability to grasp the essence through the phenomenon and to develop and scientifically foresee. Humble opinion about the development of the department

I am responsible for planning the work, and I don’t know too much about others. So I’m here to make two points about planning work:

After several planning work, I found a problem in our department. Our department does not have a professional planning team. Throughout the planning, the people who cooperated with me planned differently. Among them, there were some old members who had planned to participate in the planning work, which led to the non-specificity of our planners. The incompetence of the planners can lead to the inefficiency of our planning work, the inconsistency of the planning process, the inconspicuous consideration of the problems, and the irrationality of the emergency measures in the planning activities. At the same time, there is no professional planning team, which may lead us to have too many central tasks and do too much work. The executive center is a typical example.

Therefore, I hereby recommend that the Propaganda Department of the General Branch of the Civil Engineering Organization form a team responsible for planning. Here are my two options:

Option 1: The planning center is divided into two groups: poster group, planning group. Through the recruitment of the next issue, we will focus on recruiting some planning officers to form a planning team.
