Summary of the work of the Youth League Committee last semester


In the first half of 2019, the Organization Department of the Youth League Committee carried out and implemented the leading ideas and overall plans of the Youth League Committee for the current semester. Since the beginning of the year, the Organization Department of the Youth League Committee has grown from maturity to maturity. The activities have enabled the organization department to get more harmony in their work and get more incentives in their studies.

First, regular work

The tasks within the group undertaken by the organization department are relatively routine, with strong periodicity and a large amount of general tasks. It was difficult to get started in the first half of the semester. The process seemed confusing. In the first half of 2009, the organization department explored experience under difficult conditions. After the injection of “fresh blood” into the organizational system, the work flow chart of the Youth League branch and the transfer of the group organization relationship, the detailed operation steps of the organization and transfer, and the specific members to undertake certain work were formed, forming a benign work cycle. And the responsibility system, the regular work of the organization department has changed a lot.

In the work, the organization department found a “pipelined” working method to complete the routine work in the group. This working method will continue throughout the work.

Second, large-scale activities

Members of the organization department can be seen in the community culture and art festival held this semester, such as the host contest, basketball game, essay, and so on.

While participating in the activities, we have demonstrated ourselves and cultivated our own work interests, and we can always examine ourselves as a student cadre.

Third, the training of new cadres

As the learning tasks of sophomores are stepped up, the cadres of the first grade are responsible for the actual operation of a large number of jobs. The training of cadres in the organizational department of the freshman year is becoming more and more important. Internal factors are the decisive force for the development of things. Therefore, the training of freshmen and cadres is also the top priority in our work. In order to get them into the normal working track as soon as possible, we will communicate with them and get good work from them. The experience is discussed intensively and promoted among other cadres. This is also part of our cadre training work, and it has achieved the principle of doing things from the people to the people.

Principle is the excellent quality of the cadres of the organization department. Therefore, we must emphasize that the important work principle of principle is emphasized in the new cadres. The new cadres will become the backbone of the Youth League Committee in the future work, so we will train the new cadres. Very valued.

Fourth, the overall review

The working time of half a year is not very long. The work of the organization department has experienced a "three-step" from difficulty to maturity, from maturity to stability.

In the face of the difficulties in taking over the organization department, we explored work experience together. After working together to solve one task, we have a new understanding of our work. New semester, new development, new challenges. Following the work experience of the previous semester, the organization department of the Youth League Committee of our school will embark on a new journey with a more mature vision. The work of the organization department is related to the development of the college committee and even the college. The so-called "everything is pre-established, not pre-emptive", summing up the shortcomings of the last semester and work experience, the main activities of our department in this semester are as follows:

First, in order to strengthen the internal construction of students, enhance the image of our department, improve the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of the university cadres and departments; in order to ensure the organization of the work of the Youth League has a reliable organization and system guarantee, the Ministry will draft Improve and implement the “Evaluation System for Student Cadres of the Youth League Committee of Shijiazhuang Computer Vocational College”.

Second, following the drafting of the "Xxxx College Youth League Committee Student Assessment System", the Ministry of Education will apply at the end of October to formulate the "School Committee Student Cadre Awards and Punishment Form" to normalize the management of the Youth League Committee .

Third, on the basis of the work of the previous semester, the Organization Department found a “pipelined” working method in the work to complete the routine work within the group. This working method will continue throughout the work.

Fourth, in the next step, the organization department plans to open up the work responsibilities, to supervise the work of the members and to learn from other departments.

In May and October, after the “xxxx College Youth League ” was launched, our department will make a new prospect of the Youth League Committee . In addition, our department will cooperate with other ministries to carry out the work in the future.
