University community recruitment plan
I. Pre-event preparation stage (August 14th - September 2nd):
In view of the current situation of the development of student associations in Panzhihua University, the current leadership of our community has paid considerable attention to this new recruiting work, and has formulated a series of new measures and emergency treatment plans.
1. On August 14th, the association held a meeting of leaders to discuss the details of recruiting new work and use the next three days to conduct feasibility studies.
2. On August 17, the Association once again held a meeting of leaders to determine the need to recruit new jobs in the future and implement the responsibility to the human system.

Second, the mid-term publicity phase of the event (September 2nd - September 20th);
At this stage, our association will post posters and publicize our associations through the exhibition boards, and at the same time, we will also advertise banners at the end of the stage to enhance the visibility and influence of our associations.
Third, the formal recruitment and new work phase (September 21 - September 24);
In this stage, we will distribute more than 3,000 leaflets to the majority of students, especially freshmen, to expand their publicity. At the same time, other publicity activities will not stop because of this, but will be strengthened. Every day, in front of Apartment No. 10, a new site will be set up, and the flag of the Association will be hoisted to attract more people to pay attention and come to consult. There are also chess exhibitions and various competitive activities to attract more visitors, which is a way to win time and let them know better. An office location will also be set up on site, and students are interested in filling in the form on the spot.
Fourth, recruiting new summary work phase (September 25 - September 28);
In this phase, we will summarize the success and failure of the event by summarizing the activity and the enrollment plan as a summary of the experience in the development of the association. Enhance the work coordinating capacity of the association and the overall working capacity of the association.
V. New member conference (September 29);
In the conference, the association will give a more detailed introduction to the basic rules and regulations of the association, and will briefly explain the future work of the association. The conference will also organize members to know each other and understand each other, and brief introductions to Panzhihua College and Panzhihua City, so that new members of the association can adapt to the new environment and new life more quickly.
