Air transport contract
Shipper __ and China Civil Aviation __Airline negotiated air transport) __ to __, specially signed this contract, and jointly abide by the following terms:

Article 2 According to the flight schedule of the aircraft and the stopover station, the load available to the shipper is __kg. If aircrew or fuel is required due to weather or other special reasons, the load will be reduced.
If the third tonnage of the aircraft is not fully utilized by the shipper, the civil aviation can use the tonnage of the gap.
Article 4 The carrier shall fly in accordance with the reasons other than due to meteorological and government bans.
Article 5 After the shipper has signed this contract and requests to cancel the flight schedule, the ship-back fee shall be paid __ yuan. If the carrier has incurred the adjustment fee for the execution of this contract before the shipper retires, the shipper shall be responsible for the delivery of the fee.
Article 6 The shipper is responsible for the packaging of the goods being transported. If the goods are damaged due to poor packaging during transportation, the shipper shall be responsible for it.
Article 7 The insurance premium for transporting goods shall be borne by the carrier. The carrier shall be compensated for the loss caused by the carrier’s problem.
Article 8 In the course of the flight of the execution of the contract, if the shipper requests to stay, he shall charge the machine fee as required.
Article 9 If there are other unfinished matters in this contract, it shall be settled by mutual agreement. All issues related to air transportation regulations shall be handled in accordance with the transportation regulations.
