The parties agree to use the legally operated trucks according to the contents of the valuation list and enter into the terms of the moving freight contract as follows:

Article 3 Transportation fee:

Article 4

1. Party B shall charge according to the pricing method stipulated in this contract, and may not increase the price or request any additional fees.

2. If there is an elevator, if the elevator cannot be used normally due to the fault of Party B, in addition to the transportation fee stipulated in the preceding article, it will be charged separately according to the agreed form of the attached file handling operation.

Article 5 Ways of payment of handling fees:

Article 6

1. The use of vehicles and elevators to transport goods shall comply with the relevant laws and regulations. If there are violations, Party B shall be responsible.

2. The normal use of the elevator should be confirmed by Party A in advance.

Article 7

1. Party B shall be liable for damages, loss or other damage caused by Party A's articles caused by the handling process. However, this is not the case due to force majeure, or due to the nature of the goods being transported, or the fault of Party A or its servants.

2. In the above circumstances, Party A shall inform Party B within three days after the completion of the handling. If the damaged articles are not easily found, the Party shall notify Party B of the situation within 10 days after the completion of the handling.

3. The above-mentioned deadlines are deducted from the statutory holidays.

1. Party A submits the goods delivered by Party B. If there is cash, securities, jewellery, precious metals, fine arts, antiques or other valuables, Party B shall damage or damage Party A in addition to its nature and value at the time of consignment. Lost, irresponsible. However, if Party B has intentional or negligent, it is not limited to this.

2. Articles entrusted by Party A shall be free from contraband and dangerous articles.

Article 9

Party B shall be responsible for the responsibility of Party B for the handling of the third party.

Article 10

1. Party A shall deliver the articles handed over by Party B. When Party A requests for insurance, the expenses shall be borne by Party A.

2. During the handling period, Party B's food and beverage travel expenses, bridge fees, tolls and oil charges shall be borne by Party B.

Article 11

1. If Party A needs to change the handling time, Party B shall notify Party B _________ days before the agreed transportation date. Otherwise, Party A shall pay Party B a delay fee of RMB _________. However, it shall not exceed the total amount of the original valuation _________.

2. If Party A terminates the contract for any reason, Party B may request compensation not exceeding _________ of the original estimated total amount.

Article 12

Party B shall, within the agreed time, deliver the items entrusted by Party A to the designated location of Party A. If Party B fails to complete or complete the handling operation within the agreed time, Party B shall compensate Party A for not exceeding the total amount of the original valuation _________ .

Article 13

During the operation of the handling operation, due to wind, rain, road conditions and other factors that could not be completed, Party A and Party B will continue to complete the time.

Article 14

1. If the handling operation is not completed within the agreed time due to Party B's reasons, Party A may cancel the contract and request Party B to restore the original status. Party B shall compensate Party A for not exceeding the total amount of the original valuation _________. If Party A fails to complete the matter, Party B may cancel the contract, charge the fee according to the completion ratio, and may request compensation not exceeding the total amount of the original valuation minus the balance of the proportionally charged fee _________.

Article 15 The valuation of the handling of the attached files is part of this contract.

Article 16: The solution to the contract dispute

The disputes arising during the performance of this contract shall be settled by the parties through negotiation; or may be mediation by the relevant department; if the negotiation or mediation fails, the following _________ methods shall be adopted:
