V. Suggestions on attracting investment in our county
Inviting investment is the main focus of our county's leap-forward development. From the practice in 2003, although some achievements have been made, there are still many problems. Therefore, we must further unify our thinking, raise our understanding, make great determination, increase pressure, create a stronger atmosphere, and adopt more effective measures to achieve new breakthroughs in attracting investment. we suggest:
1. Improve investment promotion policies. According to the relevant provisions of the "Administrative Licensing Law", the original policies will be rationalized and improved, and relevant policies in line with the cloud and reality will be formulated. At the same time, strengthen the implementation of policies and improve government credit.
2. Improve the working mechanism. Clearly divide the work, implement responsibilities, and continue to break down the investment promotion tasks to reach all towns and towns and departments. County leaders should take the initiative to participate in the work of attracting investment, work together, seize opportunities, increase efforts, and strive for success. Establish a work mechanism for investment promotion, deepen the monthly supervision and monthly notification system, increase the assessment, refine and improve the assessment methods, and enhance the effectiveness of investment promotion.
3. Identify the key points of investment promotion. In terms of investment promotion strategy, we will deepen Wenyu, expand Hangjin, attack Hong Kong and Taiwan, and move to Japan and South Korea. In the investment target, introduce some large companies and large groups to improve the quality and level of investment promotion in our county. Follow-up visits to key customers participating in the 2nd Wooden Toy Festival have been invested and cooperated in our county to promote additional investment as much as possible; trade with our county is as much as possible to promote investment. In the investment promotion activities, relying on the investment promotion activities organized by the provinces and municipalities, we actively participated in two overseas investment promotion activities, two negotiation meetings, three briefing sessions, and a series of activities of “Shanhai Cooperation Project” held in Lishui City. At the same time, actively strive to hold project promotion meetings in key investment areas. In terms of investment promotion methods, various forms such as stagnation, agency and online investment are adopted, especially the investment promotion of enterprises and the investment of private enterprises.
4. Strengthen basic work. Further unify the thinking and create a good atmosphere for investment. Accelerate the construction of industrial parks and build a platform for investment. Strengthen the construction of the project library and strive to attract a number of key projects to attract foreign businessmen. Implement the establishment, personnel and funds of the China Merchants Office, and do a good job in the construction of the investment team. Establish a library of recruiting talents and give full play to their enthusiasm for investment. Improve the service environment, do a good job of tracking services, and improve service efficiency.
