During the internship at Hunan Dida Agricultural Service Center, he was responsible for the sales of tea in Hunan, the market research of teahouse management, and the status quo of tea and teahouses in order to provide consulting services for the production and operation of tea.

First introduced to its associated tea company for a one-and-a-half-month market research. The company participates in the purchase of tea, retail, and daily business activities of teahouses. Changsha's tea wholesale is basically in the tea city of Gaoqiao Market, among which there are many specialty stores, such as West Lake Longjing and Biluochun. Although tea is only divided into a few grades, there are several different prices in each grade due to differences in the manufacturing process. Take Longjing as an example. Its shape is flat and smooth, shaped like a lotus heart, a tongue, a greenish yellow color; a uniform leaf bottom, a flag and a gun, interlaced, vivid, and pleasing to the eye. Longjing tea is exquisitely crafted and completed by hand; the picked tea leaves are extremely delicate, and all of them are made of Longye tea made from buds, called “Lianxin”, which is called “flag gun”. , Yu Qi Ye is the flag, the bud is the gun. Generally, about 20,000 to 80,000 tea buds per kilogram of special Longjing tea. Identification of tea mainly depends on tea type, tea fragrance, color. Especially when distinguishing different levels, its color is more important. The delicate tea leaves should keep the tea crisp. The fresh tea leaves are blackened and fried. Tea appreciation is a matter of learning and an art. I am only a beginner, only knowing one or two.

The supply of tea city is mostly reliable, or it will not be in that long-term, where there are many shops, in addition to tea, tea sets and tea cans. The tea shop sells Yixing teapots best, the teapots are many grades, the price difference is large, there are thousands to expensive, and there are also dozens of yuan, but the teapots are good or bad, and they all have the characteristics of making tea. The difference is that the degree of roughness of the manufacturing process is different, which in turn affects the degree of absorption of the tea fragrance. A good teapot absorbs less tea, and the scent of the two brews before and after is not easily mixed too much.

After wholesale tea, there are many differences in retail prices, depending on the retail area. In urban areas and suburbs, the cost is naturally different due to the level of consumption and rent. Retail stores in different regions can adjust the selling price according to different costs. However, one of them is that for small-scale tea shops, loose tea has more profit margin than bagged tea. For customers, customers can directly see the color and shape of tea, and can smell its fragrance. In the case of bagged tea, most of the bagged tea does not see its quality, let alone smell it. This is a “win-win” – the retailer’s advantage is that it can get some of the value created by the bagged workers, while the other part Let the consumer benefit. Of course, some consumers are more inclined to prefer bagged tea, so a certain amount of bagged tea is necessary, especially some bagged tea is convenient for brewing, which is also popular.

When it comes to teahouses, there is no mention of tea ceremony and tea. The so-called "tea is a science. Tea is a technology. Drinking tea is an art, and it is a science." Chinese tea culture has a long history, and teahouses are its The best place to show, the first of the sixteenth tea ceremony is the magical use of the fine, the number of kung fu tea used to make the teapot is wonderful. The way to vote for tea is: cast, drop, and cast. There are ancient sayings that tea should be ordered, that is: spring and autumn, investment, summer investment, winter investment. There are two idioms in the tea soup: Guan Gong patrol city, Han Xin point soldiers, Guan Gong patrol city refers to the circulation of tea, the teapot is like the Guan Yu of the city. The purpose of this is to make the tea soup in the cup uniform, and low-lying is not to make the aroma too much. Han Xin points the soldiers: When the patrol to the tea soup will be exhausted, the rest of the pot will be in every cup. These are the essence of the whole pot of tea soup, which should be evenly distributed one by one, so it is called Han Xin. In addition, there is a scraping part when brewing, that is, the spring noodle in the tea ceremony: use the tea cover to scrape the foam of the mouth, cover the lid, and wash the foam on the top of the pot. The dripping pot can wash the lid and the body of the pot, but it can't be flushed to the pores, otherwise the water will easily rush into the pot. The purpose of the dripping pot is to clean, and the second is to make the inside and outside of the pot hot, in order to facilitate the tea fragrance.
