Although I went to Sanxiang Town for only a few days, only a few classes, but when I stood on the podium and listened to the students’ "teacher", I found it difficult to be a teacher. And being a qualified teacher is even harder.

First, we must always have full passion and strive to innovate.

When a teacher does not face the same class for a long time, he must repeat the same lectures twice, three times, or even seven or seventeen years, which is different from other industries. Therefore, if there is no full passion, the lectures are not innovative, just mere mechanical repetition, then you will feel that you are bitter and boring, you will deal with things casually, and there will be no effect, but you will miss your children.

Second, the basic skills of teachers should be profound, and at the same time, the knowledge should be broad and the understanding should be thorough.

Different students have different interests, and they also have different ways of thinking when thinking about problems. Therefore, when they communicate with students, they will consciously and unconsciously involve many aspects of knowledge. As a teacher, we must learn to think about problems from multiple angles. To expand our thinking, we should not only be limited to this subject, especially to the classroom. And if the basic questions asked by the students, the teachers can't answer, then they will lose their prestige. If the Mandarin is not standard and the book is scribbled, the student's attention will be diverted and the effect will be low. I just provoked a lot of jokes because of the non-standard Mandarin, and the students are concentrated in my Mandarin.

Third, teachers must be more resilient.

Because a person's mind can't guess the thoughts of dozens of people, students may ask a variety of questions in the classroom, some of which are unexpected. At the same time, facing so many students, not only can there be various unexpected situations in the classroom, but also appear in life, so teachers must be calm and responsive. At the very least, when a student suddenly falls ill, he or she will be rescued instead of yelling. For example, when one of your opinions violates a classmate, you must subtly shift the student's attention from the classmate.

Fourth, be good at discovering the bright spots of students, but also pay attention to their shortcomings.

Some students are more silent and do not like to express themselves, so they will be easily overlooked and even inferior. For such students, teachers should actively discover their shining points and encourage them to go out of their way. For those students who have always performed well, they should see the shortcomings that they have neglected through the ray of their bodies. In fact, many people think that this is a cliché, and it makes no sense. But in this trip to the countryside, I found that many teachers were very eccentric. They only paid attention to those excellent students, but did not notice the shortcomings of the students, and did not try to understand the students of Wen Jing. There is a student who is often excited and praised, and often drinks in the game, which is also a potential bad attitude. We carry out the spirit of "humanism" and therefore cannot treat students unilaterally.

Fifth, pay attention to your words and deeds and behave clearly, and identify your own teacher.

Teachers are also performing in class, which is both a performance and a physical performance, as well as a spiritual performance. Every move of the teacher will affect the students' usual behaviors, especially the teachers of the national and middle schools. Therefore, teachers should maintain a teacher's demeanor all the time.

Usually, students should not be too harsh, nor should they bow down, keep a certain distance from the students, and at the same time appear to be amiable at a certain time, both soft and hard, both majestic and awkward.

Sixth, learning and learning, teaching and learning.

Of course, the classroom is not a place for teachers to talk to themselves, but should be a place where students and teachers interact with each other. Teachers must respect the students' ideas, but also learn from students, learn their thinking, and their attitude towards life. Some things are known to the students and the teachers may not know, so don't be a self-sufficient person who is proud of the students.

However, the above points are easy to do, but it is so difficult to implement, and after many people have taken up the podium, they have forgotten all of them, just mixing time on the podium. Especially when I personally experienced the taste of being a teacher, I found that being a teacher is too difficult, the road to struggle is still very long, and the road will be very difficult.
