I. Basic Profile Luocheng Town is located in the northeast of Qianwei County, 30 kilometers away from the county. The unique style of “Liangfang Street” is well-known both at home and abroad. In 1986, it was announced by the Leshan Municipal People's Government as a cultural relics protection unit. The main street houses are traditionally built in the southern Sichuan folk house. The total length is 209 meters. The promenades on both sides are called locals. "Cool Hall", the sidewalk with bluestone floor in the middle runs through the town. Looking down from a height, the main street is a boat-shaped structure, like a big ship resting on the top of the mountain, the street is the bottom of the ship, the building on both sides is the ship's side, the theater in the middle is the cabin, and the Linguan Temple in the east is like the tail of the big ship. The skylight pillar at the west end is like the raft of a big ship. The 22-meter-long street building on the right side of the Lingguan Temple is like a rudder. Therefore, Luocheng has won a beautiful name: "a boat on the top of the mountain."
Second, the progress of tourism development
1. In recent years, the film and television industry, the construction industry, the tourism industry, etc., as well as the CCTV "Search the World" and "Chang the Yangtze River" column are currently being filmed and inspected, widely publicized, expanding the influence and increasing the popularity.
2. In XX, the Sichuan Tourism Planning and Design Institute was hired to complete the “Luocheng Ancient Town Tourism Development Master Plan”, which laid the foundation for the next development work.
3. On May 8 this year, the Administrative Committee of Luocheng Ancient Town Tourism Scenic Area was established.
4. The Luocheng police station that affected the style of the ancient town was being implemented.
5. Strengthen the environmental sanitation of ancient towns, and the situation of dirty, chaotic and poor has been basically changed.
6. The renovation of Luojing Highway has been fully launched and will be completed within the year, which will improve the predicament of traffic restrictions.
7. Renovate the safety fire hazard. All the indoor and outdoor wires of the residents in the boat-shaped street were all wearing pvc pipes. At the same time, a new fire engine was set up by the fire brigade.
Third, the main problems
1. The memory of the boat-shaped street is in a big safety hazard, especially the cinema has become a dangerous house, and the pillars of the cool hall have been tilted.
2. There is a shortage of maintenance funds, and it is difficult to carry out cultural relic protection.
3. The scenic area management committee has no full-time staff to prepare, and the work is difficult.
4. Due to various factors, the effect of attracting investment is poor, and the development owners are on the sidelines.
Fourth, the next step is to work
1. Rescue and repair the ancient building Linguan Temple at the end of the boat-shaped street.
2. Before the end of October, complete the laying of the bluestone pavement of the ship-shaped street and the specification work of water, electricity and communication lines.
