I. Progress of work in 2019

1. Successfully held a symposium on the 255th anniversary of Liu Daguan’s birthday.

On May 9th, the fifth day of the fourth lunar month was the 255th anniversary of Liu Daguan’s birthday. Liu Yujiang, deputy secretary of the county party committee, member of the county party committee, propaganda minister Dong Mingguo, and deputy head of the government Tao Junqiang attended the symposium, executive vice chairman of the Hebei Poetry Society, executive vice chairman of the Hebei Provincial Literary Association, and former chairman of the Hebei Writers Association, Lushan, Handan Yang Yingqin, Chairman of the Federation of Literary and Art Circles, Jia Hongyong, Minister of the Liaison Department of Bengbu City, and the famous poets such as Guoyin Zhou and Zhang Zifa, came to the scene. More than 30 experts and scholars from the county who participated in Liu Daguan’s research and Liu Daguan’s descendants attended the meeting. The symposium was presided over by Dong Mingguo, member of the Standing Committee of Qiu County County Committee and Propaganda Minister.

2. Qiu County Liu Liu Daguan Research Association was unveiled.

Liu Daguan Research Association is the spiritual home of Qiongxian County's development of sages and culture lovers who are mainly Liu Daguan. It is also the leader of literary and artistic creation, academic exchange, theoretical research, and training newcomers. It is the main front for prospering Qiuxian Shengxian culture. To build a new force in Qiu County's cultural county, it is a group organization that is "voluntarily and free to go". The purpose of the seminar is to promote strengths and avoid weaknesses, and to use them for the present, so that the ancient sage culture has become a stepping stone for Qiu County to create a cultural county. The business supervisory unit of Liu Daguan Research Association is: Qiu County Federation of Literary and Art Circles; the organization registration management authority is: Qiu County Civil Affairs Bureau. The resident of this group: East Third Floor, Cultural Activity Center, Qiu County, Hebei. The scope of work is to organize the creative activities of the sages and cultures with Liu Daguan as the mainstay; organize the academic exchanges and networking activities of the sages and cultures with Liu Daguan as the mainstay; carry out the writing and discussion activities of the sages and cultures with Liu Daguan as the mainstay; The Lord's sage culture newcomer. There are currently 56 full members. The 17 volumes of Liu Daguan's "Yu Yu Shan Fang Poetry Anthology" have been compiled, including 13 volumes of poems and 1396 heads; four volumes of essays, 133 volumes of scattered texts, with a total number of words of nearly one million, filling the history of Qiu County without completeness. 3. Fundraising and compilation of Mr. Li Guisheng's novel "Bitter Melon".

In August, after several months of meticulous editing, and repeatedly mediating, Mr. Li Guisheng's novel "Bitter Melon" was produced by the Qiu County Wenlian and Liu Daguan Research Association, which caused a strong sensation inside and outside the county and received unanimous praise.

4. Fundraising and printing of the selected cards of Mr. Li Guisheng's Lishu works.

Mr. Li Guisheng is good at Lishu, and his Lishu is second to none in our county. Recently, it was funded and printed by Qiu County Wenlian and Liu Daguan Research Institute, and it has become a beautiful cultural landscape.

5. Guide the establishment of calligraphy group in Nanjie Village, Xinmatou Town.

In October, under the guidance of Qiu County Wenlian and the Old Calligraphy Research Association, under the support of the “two committees” of Nanjie Village, Xinmazou Town, the village established a calligraphy group with Zhao Huatian as the leader. This is following Xiangcheng Guxiang. Another village-level calligraphy organization since the establishment of the Nanxiang Chenggu Calligraphy Group has become a highlight.

6. Assisted in the publication of some books.

The Dongfeng Theatre Company, edited by Zhang Guisheng and Mr. Zhang Feng, was published by the China Theater Publishing House.

Mr. Wu Xu’s memoirs came out.

7. Founded the Calligrapher.

In order to provide a platform for the calligraphy lovers in the county to display their talents, the County Federation of Literature and Art and the County Book Association founded the Calligrapher. At present, a period has been published and it has been well reported in the industry.

8. Assisted in the planning of the "30 years of reform and opening up, singing and singing Qiu County" party.

On the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the reform and opening up, at the invitation of the Yingxian Cultural Center, the County Federation of Literature and Art participated in the planning of the large-scale cultural performances of “Singing and Singing Qiu County” and wrote the “Reform and Open Praise” and the host speech.

9. Introduced the 17-volume rare books of Liu Daguan's poetry anthology.

Tsinghua University Library Collection Liu Daguan "Yu Yushan Fang Poetry Collection" Seventeen volumes of rare books, is the closest version of the current discovery, recently introduced back to Qiu from Beijing, and made a photocopy of the base.

10. The translation of the school notes the 17 volumes of Liu Daguan's poetry anthology.

Since last year, through the efforts of dozens of experts and scholars inside and outside the county, Liu Daguan’s "Yuhan Mountain House Poetry Anthology" has completed the basic translation of the 17th volume. At present, the work is being completed and finished.

11. Assist the Party School of the County Party Committee in writing the “Investigation Report on the Development of Qiu County Cultural Industry”.

1. Photocopying Liu Daguan's poetry anthology, including the thirteen volumes of the "Yu Yu Shan Fang Poetry Collection" and the "Yu Yu Shan Fang Wen Ji" four volumes.

2. Print an annotated version of the collection of Liu Daguan's poems, including the "Yu Yu Shan Fang Poetry Collection", "Yu Yu Shan Fang Wen Ji", "Yu Yu Shan Fang Fang Ji Ji".

3. Prepare for the collection of "Qiu County Painting and Calligraphy Collection".

4. Assist in the publication of Ma Yimin's poems.

5. Introduce the "Siku Quanshu" and "Continuous Siku Quanshu".

Third, the 2019 work plan

1. Organize the National Academic Seminar of Liu Daguan.

2. Publish "Liu Daguan's Fine Poems".

3. Strive for additional staff to increase their positions.
