To adapt to the development requirements of the new situation, we must constantly strengthen our own construction, advance with the times, and continuously improve the theoretical level, ideological consciousness, and business knowledge of cadres and workers. To this end, the first is to strengthen learning and training. Through regular political theory and business knowledge training, we will ensure political firmness and innovation at work. Seriously carry out the construction of the organization's work style, learn to understand the scientific development concept, and greatly improve the theoretical level and problem-solving ability of cadres and workers. 4. Do a good job in the management of seismic fortification requirements for construction projects. The County Seismological Bureau conscientiously implemented the "Regulations on the Earthquake Fortification Management of Yunnan Province Construction Projects" and the opinions of the state and county governments on further strengthening the work of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction, actively communicated with relevant departments, and continuously strengthened and standardized the management of seismic fortification requirements of construction projects. Improve the seismic fortification capability of new construction, reconstruction and expansion projects. In XX, the management of seismic fortification requirements was carried out, and 11 construction projects were approved.

5. Practically promote the earthquake safety project for rural residential buildings. The earthquake safety project of rural residential houses involves all the towns and towns in the county, which is related to the life safety and vital interests of the peasant people. Increase publicity and education efforts

1. Strengthen publicity and education on science and technology for earthquake prevention and disaster reduction. In accordance with the principle of “active, prudent, scientific and effective”, we will adopt various methods to carry out in-depth and long-term publicity and education activities on earthquake prevention and disaster reduction, continuously improve the awareness of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction of the whole society, respond to the psychological tolerance of earthquake disasters and self-rescue and mutual assistance. Taking the activities of the market, the commemoration of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction, and the activities of science and technology activities as an opportunity, we adopted the methods of disseminating publicity materials and conducting scientific consultations, focusing on strengthening the knowledge of earthquake science, emergency risk aversion, and rural houses. Propaganda in seismic fortification, etc., carried out 4 popular earthquake science popularizations and accumulated more than 11,600 publicity materials. In order to popularize the school's knowledge of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction, the Science and Technology Association has distributed 500 books on earthquake prevention and disaster reduction to the Chinese small schools in the county.

2. Increase the intensity of information publicity. The County Seismological Bureau regards information publicity as an effective way to enhance the social influence of earthquake work. At the beginning of the year, it formulated responsibility for work objectives, clarified the tasks and requirements of propaganda work, commended and rewarded at the end of the year, motivated cadres and workers to participate in information writing, and wrote information. Second, the problems and difficulties

Our bureau has achieved some results in the work of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction, but there are still some problems and deficiencies, mainly in the following aspects: First, some work needs to be further rationalized and standardized for earthquake prevention and disaster reduction. Second, the professional and technical strength is very weak, the number of staff is small, and it comes from different professions and positions. It is necessary to further strengthen management and training. Third, the work budget is very tight, and the configuration of earthquake emergency equipment, the operation and maintenance of monitoring equipment, daily business training, and publicity for earthquake prevention and disaster reduction are subject to certain restrictions.

Further strengthen and improve the construction of earthquake emergency systems. Further strengthen the construction of emergency response and disposal capacity, improve the emergency plans of relevant departments at township and county levels, strengthen the construction of emergency equipment, collect and improve the basic database of earthquake emergency, and explore the formation of earthquake emergency rescue teams.

Strengthen the management of seismic fortification requirements for construction projects. Strengthen communication with relevant departments, strictly handle affairs according to law, continuously strengthen and standardize the management of seismic fortification requirements of construction projects, and improve the seismic fortification capabilities of new construction, reconstruction and expansion projects.
