City CDC's work summary for the first quarter of 2019
According to the project management requirements, our CDC strengthened the supervision of project management and five types of intervention platforms, and urged all work to be carried out as scheduled.
I. Project Management
1. Supervise the agreement units of the Education Bureau, the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, the Health and Epidemic Prevention Station of the Fengxian Mine, the Municipal People's Hospital, and the Municipal Health Center, and urge them to carry out their work as required by the agreement.
2. Signed the “Agreement on Education and Education for AIDS among the General and Target Groups” with the Sexual Aid Association.

III. Target Project Activities Target 1: Hold a multi-sectoral coordination meeting once and improve the capacity of social groups to participate in the AIDS prevention and training course.
Goal 2: Organize a training course for young people's defense knowledge, and use the mass media to publicize Aifang knowledge three times.
Goal 3: Organize a public security, health, methadone clinic and community work coordination meeting once, and carry out peer education among drug users to promote the use of condoms, health education and referral services.
Goal 4: 1 meeting of the owners of the entertainment venues, 1 time of the condom promotion meeting, and 1 time of the five types of intervention platform seminars.
Goal 5: vct coordination meeting 1 time, vct staff training class 1 time.
Goal 6: Provide antiviral therapy, a total of 3 people; provide 6 patients with anti-opportunistic infection; follow-up patients, 16 infected patients.
Fourth, work highlights and features held a multi-sector coordination meeting, 21 involved in the AIDS prevention and treatment units were convened to meet, the meeting was chaired by the Health Bureau Gan, the Vice Mayor Jiang made an important speech, the meeting clearly defined the work responsibilities of various departments, In the future, the development of the Ai defense work has created favorable conditions.
V. Problems Due to the weather and the lack of funds, some work could not be carried out as scheduled.

Seventh, the next step is to follow the project plan, conscientiously do a good job in the implementation of various tasks, strengthen communication and collaboration with multiple departments, promote various prevention and control work as scheduled, and complete various work indicators according to quality and quantity.
